Idk how people talking about something makes it a good thing? People talk about Batman and Robin all the time, doesn't make it a good movie.

The consensus is basically that it's out of etiquette to ask someone their orientation, no matter the circumstances. I don't particularly agree with the consensus, I like when people ask me. Though I have to say I very very rarely get asked, most of the time I have to spell it out.
