My favourite movies of all time

I have decided to make a list of my favourite movies of all time.

I have missed out 4 movies from this list and that's cause, there not listed on comic vine. They are Gladiator, with Russell Crowe. Saving Private Ryan with Tom Hanks. Braveheart with Mel Gibson. Finally James Cameron Titanic. I know what your thinking Titanic seriously. Well to be honest, I am woman and a lot of women like chicks flicks and love stories or tragic love stories and that's what Titanic is, it's tragic love story.

I'm also a big fan of animated movies. You will notice some on my list. I always loved animated movies. Some I watch when I was kid and others I watch with my family and friends. I also admired the effort that goes into making animated movies. I watch Frozen the other day, it's not a great film, but animation looks beautiful. Which is why animated movies make my list.

@time: my kinda girl. Cool list though I would have to drop X3, but thats just me. I also love Inception, High Crimes and Once upon a time in america. For me number one and two on my list is Godfather 1 and 2

@hawk2916: Thanks. You have the same kind of taste as my brother. The Godfather 1 & 2 and once upon a time in America would be in his top 10. I'm not much of fan of Gangsters movies. I only like Reservoir Dogs and The Departed. Inception is pretty good. I haven't watch High Crimes. I did watch Kiss the Girls, which has the same kind of cast.

Sry...misunderstanding.... lol....Yes, I like them. I own all of them except Pocahontas. I also own every Dreamworks movie and every Pixar movie.

@cutter: That's cool. If you had to pick one animated movie as your favourite, which one would it be.

Either...How To Train Your Dragon or the The Croods.

I'll haven't watch the croods yet, I will soon though. How to train your dragon was good. My favourite is Shrek 2 and Ice Age. Do you think DreamWorks and Pixar are better than Disney.

Actually, Disney made one of my other favorite...Wreck-it Ralph...which I forgot to mention...lol

@cutter: I'll haven't watch it yet. I think DreamWorks and pixar, make animated movies that interests kids as well as adults. Where most Disney films are 4 kids.

Big Trouble in Little China........oh hell yeah!

Loved Shrek 2 - took my friend's kids to see it back in the day, I think we laughed harder than they did,

Alice is a bad ass, what's not to love about a beautiful woman saving the world?

I'm not really into X3 or Batman Returns, but that's cool.

This is a great list.

Interesting list! Reminds me that I should get cracking on watching those Batman movies. And Star Wars. >_>

@lykopis: You still haven't watch Stars Wars, there such old films.

@bubba_hyde: Thanks. Big trouble in little China is a great film. The Shrek movies are very funny. I'm not sure why people don't like Alice. She was amazing. Batman Returns is a good film. X3 is ok.

I know, I am awful. o-o

@lykopis: Not really, you just need to catch up on the movies. Do you like any movies from the list.

For all my noise about Disney films encouraging young girls to think falling in love is the end all and be all, I did enjoy all the ones you have listed although Tangled is presently my favourite (although Princess and the Frog is pretty close). All the Lord of the Rings films I love and toss in most of the X-Men films (including First Class) although Last Stand I still like to pretend didn't happen. :P

Oh, I loved Avengers as well.

THe Lion King should be at the top!

I JUST CANT WAIT TO BE KING

RAWR SIMBA RAWR!!

Posted by Cutter

I forgot to mention The Independence Day...cool movie too. I pretty much like all the alien movies.

Edited by time

@lykopis: That's why I think Frozen Elsa has a great quote.'You can't just marry a man you just met' It's like a slap in Disney face.

Posted by time

@mcklayn: Lion King was great, not number 1 though. Do you like any of the other movies.

I probably wouldn't have put X3 on the list. Other than that, pretty nice.
