No, it's not hindsight when it's something you should know ahead of time. Zimmerman was doing neighborhood watch, had taken law classes, and wanted to be a cop. He should have known that mildly suspicious behavior barely even warranted him to call the cops.

People have liked stories about heroes and superpowers since cavemen wrote on walls. The concept isn't going away, but it may not be framed in the traditional superhero context much longer. You're already starting to see the stereotypes for superheroes changing.

Iron Man 3 was the better movie, but I do like the improvements to Superman in MOS though.
