Batman-Gotham Nights; Character Sequence

  • The game opens with a chase,through the high rises of Gotham, after Killer Moth. Utilizing a tracer Batman will have to follow Killer Moth using his glider and grapple to keep pace, while Killer Moth sends an array of flares, nets and missiles to hinder your progress. After his capture you meet for the first time with Jim Gordon and the varied GCPD officers.

  • After taking in Killer Moth, Gordon informs Batman of three emergency situations :A) A break in at a chemical analysis facility. B) A shoot out between GCPD and members of Black Masks gang. C) A riot at Blackgate prison.

  • Track A: Renee Montoya awaits at the Chemical analysis lab with a small group of GCPD officers. She reports that several vats of chemicals, including samples of Fear Toxin, Bane Venom, Joker Poison and several others. In addition to the chemicals, several people have been kidnapped including Kirk Langstrom. Utilizing detective mode Batman must follow particulate matter leading to a supposedly abandoned chemical plant.

  • Track A: After working your way through many thugs including three new "Amped" henchmen (Super strong Venom boosted. Super erratic Joker boosted. Super aware fear toxin boosted.) Batman encounters Fright, assistant to the Scarecrow. Activating a small electric device disabling Detective Mode and armed with an automatic rifle, Fright seals the room, pumps in a noixious gas and blackouts the room. Thugs fill the room periodically and Batman is forced to fight blindly and while trying to scale the room to locate Fright. The only light are bursts from frights rifle. In addition to the Thugs the room is filled with hallucinations of greater numbers and occasional flashes of villains such as; Scarecrow, Harley Quinn, Killer Croc, Bane. After defeating her she hints at plans the Scarecrow has but gives no information as to thier contents nor the whereabouts of the hostages.
