Plan and simple your team will never even see the bullets coming. My team will fire from stealth and your team will all have bullets in their heads. Before they can even react. You can't react to something if you don't see coming. And has for the hacking Motoko could hack the FBI system form anywhere in the world because she has a cybernetic brain that can remotely access computers/cyberbrains. And if anybody would try to hack her they would get fried by her firewalls and virus protection. As for the EMP boomerang she is highly durable, she was able to survive a fall from a 10 story building with no damage. I don't think the EMP would work on her, because her skin is a type of synthetic skin so the skin should protect her cybernetic parts from a EMP blast.

Also to point out Motoko is a world class hacker and could most likely hack Goblins Glider. She is also highly durable and can still function if she lose a body part.

Also since Adam is Fully Upgrade he then has access to his dermal armor while dermal armor is active he can soak up more damage and is immune to EMPs. He is also immune to tear gas & toxic gas. He can't have both dermal armor and cloaking active at the same time.

Another thing Adam can fire his guns while cloak and remain cloaked.

The silent moving is apart of his cybernetic legs. But remember Adam is Fully upgrade so he has all of his augments.

No his silent moving is a entirely different augment. But he can have a multiple augments active at once. and some are even active at all times.

Ok Axel can keep on his sunglass but you said that he only scopes out the bank not the enter map. Let me explain better Adam has the ability to cloak and stay absolute silent. So unless Grendel can smell him Adam is going to stay hidden. And with Grifter yes the place is populated but it would see strange for a group of five people walking towards some shacks.
