After being taken in by Bruce, Jason received excellent education and tutoring from both private tutors and Bruce thus, has deep knowledge in many subjects, including Science, Math, Medicine, Geography, Criminology, World History and English. As a former Robin, Jason Todd possesses all the skills of someone trained by Batman but lacked the experience Dick and Tim had. After his resurrection, Jason furthered his knowledge in combat by using Talia Al Ghul's fortune to travel the world similar to what his former mentor did, but seeking out much deadlier training. Talia also paid teachers to teach Jason about explosives, strategy, poisons, weapons, vehicles, stealth, antitoxins, and surveillance. He has trained his body to peak physical condition, being physically superior to most Olympic Athletes but that may be due to the healing of the Lazurus Pit. His reflexes, agility, stamina, and endurance are roughly comparable to those of Dick's. He has returned to Gotham and proved to be an extremely dangerous martial artist, having proven his skills to compare mentally and physically to rival with his predecessor Dick Grayson,Tim Drake, and even Bruce Wayne. It has been shown that both have very different fighting styles, while Dick fights with an emphasis on grace, agility, and ability, Jason's fighting style focuses much more on brutality, strength, and speed; he is shown to have studied half-a dozen fighting styles and has proved to be a master of Aikido, Capoeira, Judo, Savate, Kickboxing, and Tae Kwan Doe. With these skills he maintains his place as one of DC's top martial artists.
Jason has a particular trait of deceiving, and leaving traps for his enemies including: explosives, automated gun turrets, or electrical charges.
Jason's most notable weakness is his rage. Batman and numerous others have told him that his rage blinds him in battle to the point of leaving physical and mental weak points open for attacks.
After his resurrection and return to Gotham, Jason used the guise of Red Hood. The first costume consisted of Jeans, T-Shirt, Biker Jacket, A domino mask that is held in place by Spirit Gum, and The Red Hood Mask. His mask contains a Radio Transmitter and Receiver as well as Night Vision. He has Gauntlets that contain compartments for his weapons, which are deadlier.
Cass:
Unarmed Combat
Due to the harsh training she went through as a child, Cassandra is one of the greatest martial artists in the world and is a master assassin. She is skilled in being able to comprehend a person's body movements as if it were language or speech, and thus knows what actions a person will use before they actually do.Some of her feats include shattering brick and stone as well as a sword. She has used nerve strikes and pressure points. dodged bullets even at point blank range and even disarmed a gunman before the bullet can hit her.
Uniform
Cassie wears the costume originally created by Huntress, taken from her by Batman. As Blackbat, she wears her old batgirl costume with a domino mask. Her cape is torn, and her hands are wrapped in bandages with claws on the fingertips of her gloves.
Intellect
Cassandra was given some detective training from Tim Drake while they were in Blüdhaven.
Equipment
Carries an assortment of Batgadgets such as Batarangs, smoke grenades, small explosives, grappling hooks and lines though she rarely uses them.

She is also a master of different kinds of melee and ranged weaponry. Her time with Barbara and the Batman only enhanced her already considerable skills.
Considering each Jason & Cass skills it is obvious that Jason would win this battle.
Castle has an extensive background with weapons and hand-to-hand combat and is in peak physical condition. His missions are always well planned, and carried out with the utmost preparation and attention to detail. He is able to access and adapt to just about any situation and turn it to his advantage using only his skill and killer instinct. He has a very high threshold for pain, able to undergo surgery without any kind of anesthesia, take multiple gunshots and stab wounds and continue fighting, survive multiple explosions that would kill most humans, as well as take hits from superheroes and villains with superhuman strength and continue fighting. The Punisher’s reflexes are second to none he has been shown to be able to shoot Spiderman and super speedsters. Castle sticks to a balanced diet based on his military philosophies. He exercises his body and marksmanship rigorously every two days. His preferred exercise technique is to perform pull ups with a bar that is fixed into the walls of his base.
The Punisher acquiring superhero and villain gear
He knows and is skilled with just about every firearm known to man, even able to grasp the most advanced weaponry from Shield and other hi-tech organizations. The Punisher is also able to operate superhero and villain custom gear and weaponry being able to fly a goblin glider perfectly as well use whiplash’s whip without flaw. The Punisher though does prefer his more traditional armory made up of conventional firearms. He is a skilled point shooter (the ability to fire a gun accurately with both eyes open), as well as hit moving targets in vehicles and heroes and villains with speed and agility far beyond what a normal human is capable of. He is also an accomplished knife fighter, and his hand to hand combat techniques are basic, but effective nonetheless. He improvises his fighting skills with a series of lethal maneuvers. He is more than capable of killing up to a dozen enemies unarmed. As well as stand toe to toe with some of the greatest martial artists in the marvel universe. He is very rarely unarmed, so these skills aren't used often.
Castle is also an excellent tactician, able to create plans in his head similar to urban guerrilla warfare. Frank using different tactics has been shown to be able to defeat characters that are quite capable of killing him in a heads up fight. The Punisher through strategy has been able to defeat Spiderman, Daredevil, and Wolverine when they teamed up against him on three separate occasions. Frank Castle has also evaded Shield, the NYPD, and other agencies numerous times, defeated the Hood’s Gang by himself and put down the Hulk. His methods include combat assaults, bombings, and ambushes, using the enemies’ money, weapons and supplies against him, creating rivalries between different gangs, and using the city of New York as weapon, fading in and out of sight with considerable ease. All these skills, apart from those he learned in the military, he taught himself through decades of waging war against criminals. He has a natural mind for warfare.
Castle is an exceptional pilot, having begun training in the skill during his time in airborne. The Punisher has been shown to be able to fly fighter jets, civilian planes, as well as both military and commercial helicopters. He knows many physical torture techniques which enable him to obtain information to continue his war on crime. Frank Castle is extremely skilled at torture and intimidation to gather information.
The Punisher using fear (and sharp objects) to get info from hostage

Equipment and Gear
Frank Castle has used various weapons and equipment throughout the decades of him being the vigilante known as the Punisher. During his early years working with Microchip the Punisher had many battle vans, other armored vehicles, helicopters, planes, submarines, robots (such as the Dalek), and even his own Exo-Armor, he would use in his war against crime. When Frank Castle has no sidekick hacker the Punisher usually doesn’t have any custom gear; relying solely on military and law enforcement weaponry. When Stuart Clarke became the Punisher’s hacker Frank had access to various Shield tech and confiscated weaponry such as the Satan Claw as well as customized weapons Stuart Clarke made for him. Later with Henry Russo as his sidekick the Punisher obtained villain and superhero custom gear and weaponry such as apumpkin bombs, pym particles, Ant-Man's Helmet, etc. that he used in his never ending war. The Punisher will use custom hi-tech gear he’s stolen from others or off of dead enemies though he usually doesn’t have access to this type of gear.
Frank and his weapons
So, the Punisher mostly uses conventional firearms, explosives, and knives. Most of these weapons are confiscated from dead criminals. He keeps these weapons in his base, wherever that may be. He cleans and repairs his guns every other day, upon returning home (this is usually late at night). One of his most used weapons is the M60 machine gun, a weapon he has used since Vietnam. He wears a long trench coat to hide this weapon as he walks about. He maintains and cleans it as often as he can. He uses several different types of Combat Knife as well, most of them based on the KABAR, a knife in use during Vietnam.
His former military weapon of choice was a standard issue M16A1. Castle has kept a basement in the East Side of New York as a base.
While he can use any weapon in the world, Frank Castle has used several weapons predominantly throughout his vigilante career.
In the Max series, he uses; A Mossberg 590 12 Gauge Shotgun, A Springfield armory M1911, A Customized M4 Assault Rifle, A HK G3 Assault Rifle, , and an M16 with an underslung M203 explosives launcher, A Knights Armament SR 25, A Machete, A sawnoff Remington 870, as well as the M60.
In Marvel Knights he uses; A 9MM Uzi, A Smith And Wesson 3913, A Browning Hi Power, A Dan Wesson Revolver fitted with a Scope, A Ruger Super Blackhawk, A Pair Of Smith and Wesson 39's, and the aforementioned M16 and SR 25.
In his early solo stories within the 616 universe, An Uzi, A pair of Colt 45's, A Stinger, A Derringer 223 and a Steyr AUG, Berreta 92/M.
In The later 616 series he uses; A pair of FN P90's, A GE M134, A Smith and Wesson m629 44 with a three inch barrel, A pair of Colt 45's , A Remington 870 Sawnoff 12 gauge shotgun, and custom grenades.
In the first appearance he used a silenced Luger P08, A concussion Rifle and a net launcher.

Ok this is the last time I'm posting on the this battle. Punisher wins and heres why first V is not trained as good as Frank. Frank has more experienced of the two. Frank use military grade equipment all the time. Frank is smarter than people thank he is and heres why. You can't be a idiot and get into Special Ops and Frank was better than Spec-Ops. And the last thing if you go by what the set up is in this battle Frank wins. Frank has 2 combat knives, 5 grenades, and a AA-12 Shotgun with Grenade Launcher. Armor is Light Kevlar for Frank. The light kevlar will stop V's 2 pistols and for the homemade Bombs and poisons, Frank is trained to detect traps because of his military training. So the only thing V really has is 6 daggers and a breast plate. And the breast plate will not hold up against the AA-12 shotgun & Grenade Launcher so there. And with 3 months prep and his military back ground which contains strategy FRANK WINS.

cody1984 the punisher is about punishing criminals not genocide. Genocide is what Po Pot & Hitler did so comparing Frank to them is just stupid. But Frank does win because he is better trained and knows how to prepare in short periods of time. And if don't believe he wins a one on one fight with V go to marvel.com and look at Punisher abilities. He's put down tougher people than V.
People you are also forgetting that the punisher is an idea to and that idea is to punish the bad guys by any means. So that argument has no chance this is a one on one battle so go by that
Plane and simple Punisher wins hands down you got to remember Frank is highly trained in about every thing military. And has more combat experience then V .Also if you look at the weapon set up Punisher has a massive advantage over V. Then the body armor V wears is no match for the weapons Frank will use. The AA-12 is a shotgun with a grenade launcher the breast plate is no match. And one more thing Frank has killed lot more skilled people than V
