Dominion over time: Witness holds power over time and all of its aspects. This enables anything from simple time travel to aging someone to dust with a snap of the fingers.
Shapeshifting: Using time-images of various people across the timestream, Witness can reshape his appearance and voice at will.
Reality Warping/Time Warping Immunity: Witness has a special immunity to the gifts of warping reality and time. Thus, he cannot simply be erased from existence.
