What tragedy? And Avengers all the way. That movie, no matter how many times I've seen it now, has given me both the shivers and a fast beating heart. It's a movie I've been waiting for for more than a decade.

I agree on every point but I can't see him beating Batman

The One Above All's name is the correct answer to this and every other battle it'll be in.

Batman has never faced anyone like Fantomex before. We don't know how much prep Batman would need. That alone should give Fantomex the automatic win.
