As Scourge (Field Leader), would combine captain america's training with a number of weapons and the super-soldier serum. Could fulfil a Norman Osborn role as unstable tactician (probably shares the same happy pills as manslaughter).

Could be acting on behalf of spider god to protect the world from threats. Provides experience and speed; could have a moderating effect on Manslaughter

Fills same role as Night-Hawk;the two would be a great themed partnership, though street-tough Sam might resent being ordered around by little rich kid Richmond

Surprise member of the team. Resurrection could be similar to the Sentry's. As for his role in the secret defenders, Marvell's vow to protect Earth would definitely fit in with the Team. Would provide a power-house with combat experience and a Captain America sort of Symbol.
