So many anime refs in Edge of Spiderverse. I like the non-video version a lot actually. Fits with the other best ofs.

@movieartman: I agree whole heartily. I opened that page and was just in awe at how beautiful it was.

The finale was brutal you really got to see the Turtles struggle. For a split second I thought they were maybe going to do evil Leo like the IDW comics. Just the way that Shredder was eying Leo.

Is it just me or did Preston gain a kid and her son's name change? Other then that this was a lot of fun to read. I love the ASL aspect so much.

Well it's Image, so I'm more or less sold as I've enjoyed almost everything they've put out the past few years. Also I like the premise, but $5.50 is a bit much to jump into a new series.

It's only 3.50 and it is a pretty fun book so far. Then again I studied Japanese culture in college so that helps add to my interest.

@teerack: Issue three she found out and Peter even pretended he was still Otto. Just seems she only partly cared.

I have missed having a book with Sara Pichelli's art in it. It makes it even better that she is drawing X-23.

I feel they are setting something up with Eternal to get a new Robin. I think this line will simply get Damian back, but then again could be wrong.

I still don't like this arcs art. DP doesn't look bad but everyone else is rough. Love the story though so it helps me through.

Some of the current shows are so campy. I still remember when Batman the Animated Series came out watching it with my dad and mom. There was story and you cared about the characters, same with the 90's Spider-man and X-men shows. This ties into what G-man has been saying in the current realm All-Ages turns into something more silly. I love a good story and it doesn't always have to be doom and gloom, but too much camp turns me off to caring.
