@apokos7: Yeah, I kinda don't care that Snyder didn't say anything but at the same time why would editorial allow Tomasi to end that arc the way he did if they weren't going to make sure it was referenced when the character returned.
Curious if anyone remembers or knows what happened to two-face after the Batman and Robin arc (briefly named Batman and Two-Face on the cover) he was in. The arc ended with two face shooting shooting himself in the head, although it was somewhat off panel.
@revivalmh: I've lived on the west coast my whole life and never heard that annunciation. To each there own I suppose, hopefully the book sells because I do like the new Archie books overall
The writing was fairly tough to read, Hughes writing teenage dialogue was choppy at best. Nobody pronounces the "W" in WTF as "double you", it's over annunciated. Quite a few other things didn't read nearly as well as Waid's voice for teens. At least the art was good but I think I'll just stick with the main Archie series and maybe check back in if the writer changes.
@doc-holiday: there really is no difference because if someone read a supergirl comic but not superman comic they also would not always know what he is up to, even when supergirl is facing huge problems superman could help her with. The opposite also true. You just need to assume he is too busy fighting crime to pop in. Even though the TV show doesnt always have the best rationalization for why he is busy (but at least they do try) comic books themselves historically don't either.
@ultimatepower6: I really wish they somehow just got rid of Damian since he seems to be generally ignored in the main batman title. Morrison was the only one who did him justice anyway (although Tomasi was close).
I hate to say it but they need to reboot the whole X-Men franchise. The continuity and ages of people make no sense, which is a problem when you specifically go out of your way to place a date to each movie. It's really tough for me to believe that Apocalypse occurred 20 years after first class. This universe also doesn't embrace the fantastical nature of X-men comics (at least not enough for me) and comes off more boring.
