I would love to see Batman The Animated Series make a return to TV. But I really liked Young Justice as well. I think Batman Beyond would be a good one as well, oh and the 90s Spider-Man cartoon... If you want non-superhero then Doug, Hey Arnold, Freakazoid, and Pinky and The Brain
I'm pretty sure they left the general structure of Gotham the same. Meaning that everything is where it was Pre New 52 but I may be wrong.. From what I have read, I think it is safe to assume so
