Not long after the death of Earthworm Woman (EW) Supergirl, and Power girl decided to have a girl's weekend for Batgirl. They dressed in their civilian clothes and met at Batgirl's place. Karen is Power Girl, Linda is Supergirl and Batgirl is Stephanie.

Friday night they went out for dinner and dancing. Karen and Linda made sure to dance with Stephanie. Then they danced with some of the men there. They went home at 2am Saturday morning. They still had too much energy so they decided on having a tickling contest. They would lie down one at a time on Stephanie's bed and gripped the head posts with their hands. The one who could hold on the longest would win.

The tickling involved starting at the feet and moving up to the armpits. The girls were wearing their pajamas. They took turns with the tickling. Karen and Linda were quite ticklish. Stephanie held on for ten seconds longer than they did and was named the winner. There were lots of giggles, squeals and sighs. After that they were breathing hard.

Stephanie showed them an earthworm habitat containing several normal looking creatures in it. She mentioned that EW had a mutant earthworm about ten inches long and a quarter inch in diameter. EW introduced the mutant worm to Stephanie but there was no chemistry.

Stephanie was also relieved to be able to donate the worm to a university in the UK. The worm unnerved her. Linda asked what Stephanie would do if the worm reappeared. She sighed and said "I feel that I would have to welcome it home." Karen said that it would almost impossible for such a thing to happen. Stephanie said that the mutant worm was reported lost in the Gotham International Airport so it could happen.

Linda offered to let Stephanie stay with her. She responded "Thanks for the offer but I have to face this alone."

The girls fell asleep on the floor and woke up at noon on Saturday. Thee got up and pulled themselves together before having breakfast and beginning the day's activities. Stephanie took them on tours of some of the more unusal places in Gotham. Including the tunnels under Gotham City and the Gotham Museum of the Macabre. She also took them to see the underground brothels and heroine dens under old town Gotham.

They met EW's family and dined at the Wayne Mansion. By the end of the weekend all three of them felt good and they decided to do it again.

@cbishop: EW felt strongly that she should be returned to Mother Earth. The earthworms will be buried with her and help decompose her body. The circle of lfe.

Earthworm Woman (EW) was getting used to her new role. She felt comfortable being the center of attention of the earthworms. It didn't worry her anymore.

EW and Batgirl were sent to an abandoned building in the run down part of Gotham City to check for suspicious activity. They parked their scooters in front of the building and went inside. The place was strewn with drug trade debris. In the next room they encountered two thugs, Batgirl took them on. EW heard a voice say "Why so serious?"

EW spun around and was shot in the chest, affecting her heart. She collapsed in great pain. She cried and sighed for a while and died.
