@v_scarlotte_rose: Marvel has the trademark to the title Icon as it is the name/title of the creator owned imprint like Vertigo is to DC. They don't have the rights to Milestone characters, just the name Icon.

DC led the trademark on Icon lapse and Marvel got the trademark for their Icon imprint that Bendis does Powers with. Bleeding Cool had an article on it from a con where a person asked where is Icon to Didio, and that's basically what they said. So it's for a legal reason.

Alright - I think I'd give R1 to the Rogues with a VERY slim majority.

R2 totally goes to GR though.

Kinda how I see it.

@cgoodness: Yeah - I've been told he's pretty tough.

I feel like in R1 the Rogues would win via BFR after watching one of the lesser powerful Rogus such as Trickster or Captain Boomerang get killed by GR.

In R2 it's truly anyone's game. I don't know what a bloodlusted GR is capable of O.O

This may help with that.

@deathgorath444: Awesome, thanks.

After reading the thread you linked, I've come up with a short list off the top of my head:

Nate Grey (pre-Dark Reign)(no explanation really needed)

Most hosts of the Phoenix, namely Quentin Quire, Jean Grey, Rachel Grey, and Hope Summers

Hope Summers

Iceman

Possibly Apocalypse

Magik

Maybe Pixie, if she was able to distract him

Probably most of the Omega-level mutants

I'll add more if I think of anyone else.

Oh Squares, you never disappoint.

Would that Nate Grey be the same one Onslaught absorbed?

No. It would be Shaman X-Man. Same Nate, but different levels of power.

This is the Respect thread when it comes to Nate Grey. It compiles just about everything feat Nate had until til he was nerfed.

@gethere: @thegreyoutcastx:

no a mutate is a genetically engineered human who possesses a latent x-gene (one that would likely be active in their offspring), who's latent mutancy is triggered. The best examples are the Genoshan slave-mutates, and several of the marauders - Vertigo at least for sure.

Spider-Man, the Fantastic Four, Hulk, Ms Marvel, Luke Cage... and most of the others... are all Super-powered Humans. All of whom have had exposure to an toxic agent/chemical/alien energy source, that transformed them into super-human. None of them are mutates. (tho from sources its possible that Reed may have been a potential mutate, if he carries a STILL LATENT x-gene).

http://marvel.wikia.com/Glossary:Mutate

A Mutate is a being who acquired a physical characteristic through exposure to one or more mutagenic agents such as chemicals or radiation. Superhumans who were not born with the potential to access their innate superhuman powers are mutates.

Mutates are typically characters that have been somehow genetically mutated in order to attain their superhuman abilities, for example by exposure to radiation or toxic waste, or through the bite of a genetically-engineered insect, et cetera.

Did anyone else catch what (might have been) two Nate Grey cameos?

I did. But I am not sure it's him.
