Lol this is funny, Sasuke being a Demi god in his verse isn't saying much, he still has a human and can be frozen and Kakashi can use kamui, but iceman can make plenty of clones to combat that and Kakashi can't teleport btw.

Take Solaris from Sonic 2006 for example. He is truly and omnipresent being as he exists in the past, present and future simultaneously.

I never said anything about him being omnipresent, but iceman has shown that he can exist in multiple places at the same time

Oh and someone brought up kaguya putting people in a genjutsu, before chakra was given to everyone, well due to the fact we dont know the time lines and if people had chakra cuz the sage did spread chakra to everyone. But the main porpuse of infinite tsukuyomi, is to take back chakra that was given to everyone and make an army, so it's safe to say that everyone had chakra.
