yeah, i'd like to read the ultimate wolverine vs. hulk comic. but didn't they cancel it? (that sucks b/c i asked one of the ppl at the comic book store near where i live, and they said they couldn't get it in b/c it was canceled!!! that sucks.)
"How about this: Arm-wrestling- Leverage means nothing when the Hulk is struggling against an individual capable of lifting in excess of 80,000 tons. Superman reacts with superhuman speed and not only pushes Hulk's arm down but the sudden increase of force either breaks Hulk's arm or sends him flipping over and over before landing as a crumpled icky mass on the floor 20 feet+ away. Hulk becomes angry thereby causing him to become stronger...and it doesn't matter because even IF he became 100 times stronger every time he got peeved...Superman still literally lifts objects weighing over 80,000 tons. Hulk loses again and becomes enraged...which doesn't matter because even IF he suddenly becomes 500 times his original strength, he STILL doesn't match Superman and all of that power goes to waste as he is unable to push down Superman's thumb (the poor boy just isn't strong enough). Since Superman is unable to even reach Hulk's thumb to push is down, he changes tactics and crushes Hulk's other fingers in his grip until his gamma-irradiated bones are dust. As Hulk winces in pain, Superman holds down his near paralyzed thumb and wins. Hulk's fury reaches it's peak as he begins to ready himself for the sudden-death match (not wishing to dash the young greenie's hopes, Superman proceeds without bothering to explain to Hulk he has already lost and there is no sudden death). Even IF Hulk suddenly becomes 1000 times more powerful than his original strength thereby finally surpassing Superman is raw strength...it doesn't matter because with Superman bent and head lowered he is short enough to pass completely under Hulk's head and body and since he can still lift over 80,000 tons and has (on occasion) beaten the Flash in a race, Superman barrels under the Hulk at 10 times the speed of sound (he's holding back) and rams those flabby green knee caps, snapping them in two and causing the Hulk to crash to the ground wailing in misery. Superman feels bad and decides to help Hulk join a half-way house for disillusioned gamma-irradiated mutant freaks of science but before he can voice his concern, Hulk's primordial lust for destruction culminates in a scream of death as he turns his newly found strength on himself. Frustrated as his own failure, the Hulk pounds himself in the temples until he stops moving and dies. All joking aside, Superman is simply too powerful. End of Story."
i hate to disagree but that's bullsh#$ so what if superman can lift 80,000 tons? the hulk's lifted 150 BILLION tons before. and the hulk just keeps getting stronger the madder he gets so the hulk's actually stronger than superman
