This fits into continuity after Invasion of The Spider Slayers, Maximum Carnage & then at the end it is right before Spider-Man Unlimited #3- in that issue Ock is looking for something and we don't find out till the end that he was searching for a cure for Mary Alice and she dies. Ock just loses his drive after that in that issue and gives up fighting Spidey.

Really cool to finally see a true meeting between Norman & Otto.

Can't wait to pick this up later today, been excited since it was announced!

@demiedo: My mistake, it says David Lopez is doing the first issue/arc. It'd be cool if Checchetto comes back, too.

Stinks they're relaunching Avenging into another book that's essentially exactly the same, just for a new #1. I like the title, though. It's cool. So is that awesome Paolo Rivera cover & Yost/Checchetto staying.
