To what end? He's freaking BATMAN. You deck him in the chin, you might make him stumble, you MIGHT get yourself an opening for more. But you definitely WON'T knock him out. And you connect, you will definitely p*** him off. Which is bad for your health.

Besides, it's not like he's just going to stand there and LET you deck him in his one vulnerability. He made the suit, he KNOWS his chin is vulnerable. And he's been doing this for a WHILE. He's more than likely shifted his fighting style SPECIFICALLY to make his chin less vulnerable. As for things like fire, that's what his cape is for. Bullets, that is an AWFULLY small target to hit at range, especially in motion, with his cape swirling around him in the dark.
