Great list! Everyone of these are some of my favorites. I just would have added Scarecrow (DC) and (Marvel), Jack O lantern,Hobgoblin,Clay-face,Man-Bat,Bane,Thanos (but Darkseid is the original!), Shocker,Vulture,Cross Bones, but I wouldn't change anything on your list, just make it 60 villains or stretch it out to 75.

@thecannon: I'm not sure that he meant that he was the marvel cinematic universes version of The Mandarin, he might have just been exclaiming the fact that he was the one pulling the strings the whole time. Maybe.

Hey Cannon what did you think of the "Mandarin" in Iron Man 3?

I loved him when he first showed up in the film. But after the plot twist (I guess is the best way to put it), I thought they ruined everything about the character, and butchered him worse than any other character in any comic film ever. So t make it short: I hated what they did to the character.

Awesome list, I actually did a similar one with my top 50 fave characters. Love the additions of Poison Ivy and Harley and Luthor. Oh, and Doom is awesome too. :)
