My favorite villains adapted into movies

Basically, it's a list of my favorite villains in comic book movies. I am going to include every villain in a comic movie I've seen. For people who have been in two movies (such as Joker) I will list the character the first time, and the second time, I will list the movie, and note that it is Joker. I was originally going to list the actors, but we got to guys I didn't know who played them and I didn't want to look. But it would of been weird to have certain guys with the actor and certain ones without, so they're all without.

In The Dark Knight Rises.
This guy was so close to ranking number one. But there was ONE thing that ruined it. I don't want any spoilers in case someone has somehow not seen the movie, but I can tell you if you wish.
3. Magneto

In X-men, X2: X-men United, and X-men: the Last Stand.
4. Joker

In The Dark Knight.
5. Ra's al Ghul

In Batman Begins and the Dark Knight Rises.
6. Red Skull

In Captain America: the First Avenger
7. Penguin

In Batman Returns.
8. Catwoman

In Batman Returns. More of an anti-hero, but I decided to put her in as a villain. Don't like it? Sue me.
9. Norman Osborn

In Spider-man.
10. General Zod

In Superman and Superman II
11. Sandman

In Spider-man 3.
12. Scarecrow

In Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, and the Dark Knight Rises.

16. Kingpin

In Daredevil.
As bad as the movie was, I actually enjoyed Michael Clarke Duncan playing the role. I was a bit skeptical when I found out Kingpin was black in the movie (not a racist thing, but Kingpin was always white in the comics), but I was surprised. He was the best thing about this film.

*sigh* I had such high hopes for him.
34. Mr. Freeze

Out of all the problems with this movie, this was the biggest. Bane. First thing, that is no Bane. That's a guy with a similar costume who happens to use a drug that has a similar affect.
36. Doctor Doom

In Fantastic Four and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.
It really, REALLY pains me to have Doom this low. I love the character and thought he would be awesome in a movie. I was proven wrong. Please, do Doom right the next time.
37. Galactus

In Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer.
See Doctor Doom.
38. Elektra

I don't even remember the villain's names in this one. Just put all of them at a tie for last place.
