I had suck high hopes for this when I first heard about it. It was my first comic book movie. At the time, I thought it was awesome. Then, I got older and learned more. Now, just no.

Now, I LOVE the X-men franchise (except for First Class). X-men: The Last Stand is one of my favorite movies. But it's looking less and less likely that they're going to make an X-men 4. I loved the Wolverine movie and I'm looking forward to The Wolverine (especially since it takes place after the Last Stand). But I don't want to see the franchise continue if they're just going to keep doing prequels with continuity errors (yeah, I'm talking about you First Class!) and solo Wolverine movies. So, I think rebooting it is the best thing. Which sucks, because the casting was so perfect.

I know there's no chance of this happening. But please, if you're going to reboot something as awesome as the original Spider-man series, do it right. Don't give us this debacle.
