This is really an interesting topic to think about ^^
Because it is really true :X
I made up many characters-and it´s damn hard to find a name!
It´s either taken or sound really crappy.
Not to forget that it would be nice if the name would make sense and fit to the person / powers without sounding cheesy.
And the problem is if heros (or villains ) would run out of names or would be forced to use their
 real names then their disguise wouldn´t make any sense xD

I hope it will be NOT Palin, but a woman.

I´m not quite sure about the killing.
I think it depends on the morals of each hero, like Huntress for example, who had no fear to kill. ( it got better though).
Of course, killing is not okay and against the law.
But imagine you are a masked vigilante. I think in some way you leave yourself at home and start being your "hero-self" and maybe your heroself can actually kill while you could never.
You don´t have so many things to lose, since you are masked. 
But it wouldn´t be a solution. Because ( at least that´s what I think) if you kill a villain, after some time someone will replace him because evil never really dies in humanity.
 
And yeah, when I saw starwars I thought that too: Oh,Luke, NOW you can´t kill or what? XD

I would totally watch it, even if the show would be utter crap xD
I hope that they will make it as dark as the movies and don´t ruin batmans reputation.

I don´t care who will get the role in the dark knight rises but PLEASE let it be Anne Hathaway >.<

I don´t think that Eminem wouldn´t do a good job as the riddler, but I just can´t take him serious.
I mean, he should stick with his music.

Maybe they´re afraid that people wouldn´t be so scared of them anymore, If they´d dress up properly. Or maybe, for the Zombies that IS the newest fashion! :D
