@Dredeuced: The OP says no space gem, a fight of no cosmological importance is the majority of his fights. Tony using the gem for a personal fight is horribly out of character for a few obvious in character reasons such as making people aware of it's location and owner and an important plot reason he would no longer be the dude that fights with a super suit he would be the dude with a magic gem.
...Look at the timestamps. He didn't exclude the space gem until AFTER I brought it up. After that, we were just debating the merits of Tony's willingness to use it.
this is true I did change the OP after Dredeuced brought it up (as I forgot) but IMO I don't think Tony would use it unless Larfleeze threatened the entire solar system or something of the like. the way I worded the OP at first though made it sound like Tony could just use at will/without care.
