@battle_forum_junkie: Last Son and Brainiac are two of my favorite Superman stories, so if you haven't had the chance, I'd recommend you read them. Secret Origin is pretty great, too, but if you're not a fan of the silver age, you might not like it. As far as Batman goes, Heart of Hush is awesome, I like it more than Hush. Batman and Robin by Morrison is probably my favorite series DC has ever put out, hell, I'd recommend Morrison's whole run on Batman, it's fantastic.

Gotta agree with you on Morrison's Batman run. It's mind-blowing. I've collected almost all of it.

I'll check out Heart of Hush and those Superman trades, though.
