As far as Spider-Woman, I'll give it to Bendis that she may or may not be the Skrull Queen in issue 3 but if so, I don't think Jessica's been replaced for that long. Maybe the Queen is just putting in an appearance there in the Savage Land. I think someone also mentioned how Bendis really likes the character and probably wouldn't really mess with her. Could it be Jessica posing as the Queen to see if Stark is a Skrull? Maybe. She'd need a heckuva lot of information (like about Cap Marvel) in order to say everything she said to Stark.
The thing is if Jessica really has been replaced then it was just after the whole team public announcement which was back in #14 or shortly there after. which is a long time considering everything else.
She could however pretending to be a Skrull just to smoke Stark out and find out if he really is a Skrull. Thing with that theory wouldn't really fly well because a) if Stark really is a Skrull then he would know that Jessica isn't so he wouldn't be fooled. So I'll stick with the other theory given that Stark was most likely to be replaced but it never happened for whatever reason and his recent actions only seem to the Skrulls as one of their agents. Something noteworthy that Spider-Queen let on was that the Tony-Skrull was in such a deep cover that they couldn't even contact him so there was no way they could have known what Tony had set in motion or more accurately why. They only saw a result and assumed it was to their benefit as he was supposed to be their agent. Here is the kicker Tony had always wanted something like the 50-state-initiative from back when the Illuminati formed he had this on agenda which Namor had kicked of the table back then because it would mean that heroes would have to register and be working for the government. (this is the important part of my point) This was all before they even went to the Skrull Throne world the first time which brought the ball rolling in regards to their invasion plan(s).
I hope they don't remove the Extremist from Tony after SI (I'm still not even sure that they can even do that but then again this is Marvel we are dealing with) Aside from Global defense failing because they are linked to Stark via his tech, which technically isn't even Extremist fault considering that the Defense department has always relied heavily on Stark-Tech for their weapons and such. wasn't that one of the reasons Tony became head of States Defense or whatever the title he was given awhile back.

Although I want to believe Jessica isn't a skrull and she's trying find out if Tony is one by messing with his head...that wouldn't explain why she owned Echo.
I agree about Extremis too....This isn't the first time Extremis has been disabled though and he had to use another armor or not use his armor at all...So i'm sure Tony will be able to use extremis again.I'm just anxious to see what Tony builds as his new suit."
Ok. Spider Woman has not been shown to show mercy has she? During her miniseries she kill loads of woman made to be like her. If she felt Echo was a Skrull then for her it woudl have been beneficial to kill her and not but herself at risk. Moreover, a Skrull did try and replace Echo....
