I forget the occasion where he reached 30x the speed of light, but it was somewhat recently. He still can come close to matching Barry Allen in acceleration/reaction time and has been stated as being considerably faster than nanosecond speed. "

He's not damn near the Beyonder..stop over-exaggerating.I don't know why you're expecting the Super Soldier serum when enhanced to only further the powers that Captain America was given.Pretty much everyone who has taken an accelerated version of the SSS has powers that are alot more than what Cap can do.You're making a case against the accuracy of what the serum does as if you know the formula. No real indication on Galan's level during that fight, that I recall. We can but speculate about it, due to him asking the Surfer to join him once more (which he would normally have no need for, had he been at regular power), but nothing was explicitly stated about his power level during the fight itself. "
