Powers and Abilities

Amplification of Bio-Electric Aura: Cain's power stems from his natural-born ability to amplify his bio-electrical aura, hardening his molecular density. This density change grants Cain superhuman strength and durability. His durability is sufficient whereby he can withstand virtually all forms of human-made weaponry with little effort, save for Weapons of Mass Destruction.
His strength increases to the point where he is capable of lifting approximately 80 tons.

A side effect of Cain's power is that, when activated, his musculature increases greatly, limiting his maneuverability somewhat. In addition, his hair becomes rigid, extends and stands on end in thick tufts. The colour also changes from the natural brown to a more potent gold. Exactly why this change occurs is as mysterious as the genesis of Cain's powers. Also, upon his transformation, from standard to powered up form, Cain's bio-electrical aura causes a small kinetic shock, that can cause the ground beneath Cain to break, and the aura to become visible as a type of yellow flare.

Fighting Ability: Though not classically trained in any particular fighting method, Cain is adept in hand to hand combat, taking on a brawling style which fully utilizes his unparallelled strength.

Weaknesses

"Standard" Form: Cain's power is not constantly "on", it must be activated by intense concentration. Otherwise, Cain remains in a standard human state, leaving him as vulnerable to attack or illness, as any other human.

Telepathic Assaults: Cain possesses no inherent defense to telepathy, in either form. This is generally considered to be his greatest weakness, as he can do little to protect himself.

Biography

Born in 1988 to a middle class couple in Brooklyn, Cain Vincent Alan was the only child of a broken home. His mother, Jennifer, died giving birth to Cain. The exact reason behind her death is unknown, though the original doctor's hypothesis was that her insides were cracked by something extremely hard, and internal bleeding was the cause of death. Following this, and the natural cliche, Cain's father, William, cared considerably less for his child. He cared to throw empty bottles at him, but that's about the extent of it.
