Before Magneto could even begin to get Wolverine in the air or any piece of metal for that matter, Supes could fly magneto into the sun, or fly into the atmosphere and fry both Magneto and Wolverine with his heat vision from that high up.
Prime would defeat DD, then DD would come back and stomp Prime. Prime would get frustrated during that fight and use even more power to 'kill' DD. In that order.
