SEEMED TO BE BROUGHT BACK IN 52 ,JUST TO KILL OFF.i liked the character and thought so much more could of been done with him.i like the less obvious and obvious powered heroes.With superman you know what you are going to get,i like it when you dont know what you are going to get.

I havent put this guy in just coz he looks similar to super chief but super chief did remind me to include Black Bison,i loved Firestorm series in the 80's and this guy appeared quite a bit and was cool and had some good clashes with him.Blackest night is just reminding me how many good characters are dead.Not that i am against killing off characters,it has to happpen but some were wasted opportunities.

I do like the western characters in both Marvel and DC.i liked the recent Bat lash stories but i like. when the characters get mixed up in a bit of time travel,bring them to the modern day etc.i think it needs to be done with characters like Bat Lash,i like the old rogue.

as above really,like to see an update of the character but keep the character if you see what i mean,very much like what chris priest did with him in Black Panther volume 3.

Same again,marvel comics present did do a one off but would like to see someone try it again.guess he is just not a character in fashion at the moment but something along the lines of how jack flag has been used in the guardians of the galaxy series,take the character out of his usual setting.

Looking forward to his hopeful return in the weird western tales blackest night edition,exactly the kind of thing i have been talking about regarding the other western characters,play with their setting,get people interested.Always liked the weird western tales stories in the past.

loved this guy mainly because when i was a kid,i was a massive massive fan of the all star squadron,collected nearly every isssue which was no mean feat at the time,he was a regular and it made me fan,i know he is dead but maybe a retrospective could be used.

was i the only person who thought this guy was cool at the time ?? i was a breakdance and hip hop fan myself at the time so maybe thats what made me think he was cool,his first appearance was him busting some moves i recall.Also i didnt hold the original jla in such high esteem as others maybe did,i thought they had gone stale by then.

ditto as above except i thought his original costume looked cool and i liked how they had got rid of commander steels stupid fin part on top of his head,some things just arent practical on those old costumes.Liked the fact the new league had problems ,amde them more real ,just needed better writers and artists toward the end.Look also 3 in a row as zombies from Blackest Night !!

Special mention to Air Wave,just because he is one of the first non main characters i remember as a child,i liked him and he has always seemingly been second fiddle player in the dc universe but he was used interestingly in the infinite crisis build up and should of been used more in my opinion.

Another western character but one who has always been based in a more modern setting and i always liked that,james robinson loved this character and wrote a good mini for him,wonder hwo he feels about him being bumped off by grant morrison in the seven soldiers series ??
