while I hate the concept of "omega-class, alpha-class, beta-class, whatever-class" Jean is an omega class mutant without the Phoenix Force, that's why it bonded with her...
as far as manipulating reality, that's not really in her powerset she's a telekinetic and a telepath...manipulating reality is more along the lines of the Scarlet Witch and Jamie Braddock

the baby thing does work for some characters, it works for Reed and Sue, for Luke Cage and Jessica Jones, and it worked for Cyclops and Jean Grey (not their child, Cyke's and Maddie's)

yeah I can see why ya'll like the relationship, I mean I don't like the idea of the pairing at all....but they were interesting under Whedon's pen, then again who wasn't lol
as far as the baby thing...I don't see it happening either, he was with Jean for a total of like 30 years and no baby lol

well there's other reasons why I think they should break up, like the fact that Cyclops is never single...I'd like to see how Cyke would handle that...or that Emma is the last woman in the MU that should be married or pregnant...

also you're right about the main problem...currently Emma acts more like Jean Grey than she does Emma Frost...I mean since when would Emma tell Scott "Go after her, dummy" that's just not very cold, shallow, funny, or saracastic...
I will say we've seen more of Cyke's leadership abilities since he's with Emma...but he's also become a worse person...which I don't really like
