Four Stages of Utopia's Development Project 7YX

With the formation of the mysterious Shadowland France once again seemed destined to be the staging point for another of Gambler's nefarious global schemes. However, as quickly as the team arose they disbanded. Rumors of how and why quickly began to surface, with the Aristocratic Assassin no where to be found. Unprotected, the nation was left exposed. For years the country had placated to the Cajun's every desire alienating them from much of the World. So it was no surprise that when the once elegant, "City of Lights" fell under siege, they were aided by none. Eventually the King of Kings returned to find his kingdom in ruins but the question still remained....where had he gone?

The answer? Africa, The Dark Continent. Ruled by overzealous warlords and exiled genocidal dictators the country heralded little to no political power while U.N. sanctions restricted most of its universal arms munitions. But Gambler saw an opportunity to enticing to pass up. And thanks to the theatrical display of destruction unfolding at the hands of another infamous villain half way across the World, Gambler was free to exercise and ultimate execute his continental takeover. Maneuver the political landscape of the U.N like the days of old, using the current statues of France as his platform, advocating that if it happened there, it could happen anywhere. Known for his powers of persuasion, the Master of Manipulation unbelievably united the waring factions and tribes. Using his vast resources and influence to rebuild the nation from the ground up. Creating the ultimate haven for villains. The Dark Utopia.

The current merger is being heralded as a step in the right direction in stimulating the countries economic platform. (Under Construction)

Umbrella Corporation:

Umbrella is a world wide company mostly known for their electronics, pharmaceuticals, and military contracts. To the point where they are a household name that rivals even Sony. They have three main locations across the globe. America, Germany, and Russia. As with most things there is a darker side to this commercial juggernaut. Unknown to the rest of the world they also deal in viruses, toxins, poisons, chemical warfare, munitions, and genetics.

The company itself is officially run by a board of directors, but unofficially answer to the brothers known simply as the Death Dealers. Individually the are known as Crimson Death and the Ghost. It is due to their ingenious marketing and funding that they have spearheaded this company to greatness. Making a great deal of people very rich. Which in turns grants many political favors. (Destroyed)
