I much prefer Francis Manapul as I've always felt his art leaps off the page in a very engaging manner.

Francis Manapul. His art is clear and distinct, while Dustin Nguyen's art is nothing more than childish. 
(Assuming he drew the covers for Heart of Hush and Streets of Gotham) He can draw well, but like I said, his interior art is less than mediocre.
