About Me

The Commander was the Leader of Cobra, an evil terrorist organization that was for a brief time a Media sensation, sending shocks around the world. He masterminded an empire claim on the moon, which, due to unknown circumstances, was somehow foiled. COBRA fell, and after somehow surviving being shot into the cold depths of outer space by the giant cyborg Richard Nixon, became little more than an arms dealer on Earth. If you know where to look, you'll find the Commander, but he'll be waiting for you.
