The Joker should never be a relevant person. He should just be a force of chaos. I dislike the idea of giving Joker more relevance than that.

I agree. I don't like the idea of him being connected to the Waynes or Batman. The family connection is an overused trope in comics.

Love this casting. This means we are getting a captain cold origin. Johns wrote a great issue on Cpt Cold and his family, Im excited to see the show touch on this.

I'm excited for this. I anticipate Bullseye/Kingpin for season three.

Can't wait, great cover. I wish they put the crossover episode (The Brave and the Bold) on the Flash dvd set though. Now have to decide if I will get arrow season three as well..

This does seem similar to Patty. In reference to the Flash/Barry, I'm not interested in the love interests/triangles/drama. I would rather see either Barry single or Barry/Iris together. I don't buy into the whole give a character all these love interests to eventually lead to the real one. They already have characters like Bruce and Ollie for that. Barry is more interesting because he has only one love interest.

@lorddarkfox: flashpoint was too graphic, I enjoyed it more than the recent ones but it was too graphic. However, the movies have been trending towards each movie being even more graphic for the sake of being graphic, but this short feel like it had way more violence than plot.

Well that was gross.

My sentiments exactly. I love Bruce Timm, but this was too graphic for my preference. DC's animated movies have been disappointing recently (Aquaman, Batman vs Robin, and this so far).

I might give this a chance, but I'd be much more interesting in a Terry batman beyond book.

Yes I definitely think there is room in comics for marriage. Many characters such as Superman, Spiderman, and The Flashes have all been married and were able to make that a successful part of their history, in many ways it made them more interesting.

I completely disagree with DC's stance right now about not letting heroes getting married. If you encourage diversity in all other areas but then put a limit on displaying only certain kind of relationships (for example with DC, not allowing characters to be married) that comes off as kind of strict and hypocritical.
