I could also totally go for a prequel to this with just Michael Fassbender called "Magneto: Nazi Hunter". Could we do that please?

I personally think people that don't like Anne Hathaway are CRAZY. This isn't pulp cartoon Batman. Christian Bale isn't some ripped ogre who just looked good in the suit. He's an actor, same with Hathaway. She looks seductive instead of slutty, which is what Catwoman should be. If you want some stupid, big chested, moron who can't act; I suggest you wait a couple months until Vivid makes a porn version of this.

I am kind of on the fence with this particular marriage and the hype around it. As a supporter of gay marriage, I'm happy to see it becoming a part of mainstream comics. On the other hand, I had to look up Kyle to even see who he was. I tend to prefer gay characters who are awesome and just happen to be gay (Batwoman, Northstar, Apollo, Midnighter) instead of characters who are created simply to be a GAY character (Kyle, Bunker, etc). This makes the entire thing smack of exploitation instead of real support.

Marvel Exec 1: Astonishing was a flagship book under Whedon but has sucked ever since; how do we make it good again?

Marvel Exec 2: We could hire another quality writer and give him free reign like we did with Whedon.

Marvel Exec 1: Nah. That would keep the book from being tied into the crappy crossover of the month. No, what we need is something trendy. What's hot right now.

Marvel Exec 2: Gay Marriage is in the news.

Marvel Exec 1: Great! Let's have a gay marriage thing! Grab me Northstar and a random gay minority character. Two birds. One stone. I'm giving myself a raise.

How about Mr.Johns and Lee explaining why in March or April DC sold LESS comicbooks overall when compared to the summer months right before the reboot and why even the JUSTICE LEAGUE title is losing thousands of readers every month and will soon drop below 100k?

Deep Shock is just a DC hating troll of the worst kind. Check out his profile page, he never has anything positive to say about anything. His entire existence simply revolves around hating the DC reboot. I would guess that this is a secondary ID to some Marvel fanboy who doesn't want the hypocrisy of his posts pointed out. So instead, he makes a second screen name JUST to hate on DC. Congrats Troll.

We need to stop this whole comparison of Punisher and Wolverine because they are different characters. When Wolverine kills its not just because and its not like he kills everyone threat as the only solution. Logan kills when its necessary. The Punisher is a shoot fist ask questions later kind of guy. He would kill without pause and he kills as his only solution to problems. Wolverine regrets killing so much and knows the toll that killing can take on a person, Castle on the other hand DOES NOT CARE and DOES NOT REGRET A THING

This is such a silly argument. Wolverine routinely cuts through ninjas, criminals, and hellfire servants without regret or regard. If a pedophile feels bad about molesting kids it doesn't make him less of a molester. I get so tired of the argument that Wolverine feeling bad about all his murder somehow mitigates it. The only difference between Punisher and Wolverine is the reaction they get from other heroes.

A good number of Avengers, even founding members, have killed, so I don't think it's that much of an issue. Just as long as it isn't a dude like the Punisher on the team, I think it's alright.

Isn't that the point though? Wolverine IS a dude like the Punisher! The only difference is that the writers WANT the other characters to like Wolverine while disliking Punisher. Its one of the things that irks me most about Marvel.

Bottom line, Wolverine doesn't like the animal he's become, and Punisher has no intent on changing the animal he is. I think that makes Wolverine better suited to be an Avenger, but I still feel that Wolverine shouldn't be on the team in general, for different reasons altogether.

I think Wolverine is worse than the Punisher because even Frank would have given pause to the idea of gutting Hope. And who is more dangerous, a cold and calculating killer or someone who goes into a drooling frenzy and starts cutting people to ribbons. During Civil War, Luke Cage freaked out that Captain America would work with the Punisher yet had no issue with Wolverine sharing a house with his daughter?!?! That is just bad writing.
