I would like to see more averaging out of the x-men teams. By that I mean instead of having all the original members in one team and the new mutants in their own team etc. why not have some of the younger members mixed in with the older members as mentors.  
I know they've done that to a certain extent in the past but it'd be good to expand it as a way to mix things up. Get some new interactions between characters who've maybe not teamed together before. It'd make sense from tactical sense for scott seeing as he needs his limited 'army' to be able to work with every member whether they've got bad history or no history. 
 
X-force is a good example, you've got veterans in wolverine, domino & archangel but newer members in warpath, elixir & x-23 it's a good mix.  
 
Highlight would be any team emma led, I can imagine her pissing off anybody she bosses round!

While I don't like deviating from source material, they could make a slight alteration by having sabertooth chasing wolverine to Japan, trying to push him to embrace his animal side & Logan trying to find his human side through a code of honour etc. If done right I#d be okay with it but only because I loved Liev Schrieber's Sabretooth

There's always going to be a certain level of apathy for piracy for the simple reason that when you have these people complaining about it, such as Bono, Tom Cruise etc. You cannot have any sympathy for a person like that who has hundreds of millions in the bank account whining about being out of pocket. 
And yes they may say it's the people further down the food chain that suffer, fine pay them out of your fortunes then. 
 
If stars were not so greedy and demanding then at least we could have some level of sympathy for them
