I get most of these books and my choice would be Superior Spider-Man, Superior Team-Up, Scarlet Spider and then Superior Foes. I don't buy Venom, Carnage or Ultimate so don't know about their quality.

I guess the real voting is done by sales and Superior Spider-Man gets both issues a month in the top 10 sales every month whilst none of the others have been in the top 10 selling books yet.

The crossover with barely any crossing over. There's the unity miniseries and XO and that's it. That can be a good thing, but it seemed like a bigger deal.

Unity is an ongoing series.

@donfelipe: did you know Shadowman is getting a new writer?

Seriously? Bummer

Yea next issue is his last

I think it was necessary. I liked the first Shadowman story arc but after Patrick Zircher left the book took a nosedive.

I've bought and read every single issue Valiant has released since the relaunch. It's awesome to be part of the rapidly growing Valiant Universe from the beginning but since they have A WHOLE PAGE OF RECAP IN EVERY ISSUE there's no reason why ppl can't jump in anywhere. I voted for X-O as it's my favourite book right now (along with Superior Spider-Man) but if I had to rank them:

  1. X-O Manowar - sci-fi & action EPIC with a main character who can be a villain just as easily as being a hero (check out the current story arc).
  2. Bloodshot - like an 80's bloody action movie with tons of brutality and witty dialogue. The main character is a mystery even to himself and his journey to discover who he was makes this an even more interesting read.
  3. Archer & Armstrong - HILARIOUS! Full of conspiracy theories, Nunja's (Ninja Nuns!), exotic locations and a real buddy adventure
  4. Harbinger - like a more realistic X-Men... as in what if the teens with powers were less noble and just more real?
  5. Shadowman - I'm not usually into magic and occult stories but Shaodwman's full of great characters and good action scenes. Features an interesting main character and Jaunty - a talking ghost monkey with a top hat - who steals the show.
  6. Quantum & Woody - Funny, juvenile (that's a good thing) but too soon to tell.

Can't wait for Eternal Warrior and Unity.

@hufnagel0: So there is no confusion, it also has a title change to Bloodshot and the Hard C.O.R.P.S.

Agree with the review, H. Wars was a great event, but the cross into the individual titles backtracked too much. Probably good if you didn't read H Wars, but a bit disappointing if you read all three titles. Sort of feels like paying full price for half a comic.

Agreed... especially for Bloodshot. Harbinger didn't rehash too badly and added enough extra.

@k4tzm4n & @hufnagel0 Next month is actually Bloodshot #0 by Matt Kindt and Crisscross. Then from September the series turns into Bloodshot & H.A.R.D. Corps by Christos Gage, Joshua Dysart (Harbinger) & Emanuela Lupachino (Archer & Armstrong).

first....

i did it guys

HUZZAH!!!!

Warren Simons truly is one of the best in th business, he's running a tight ship over at Valiant that's putting other publishers to shame, not pointing any fingers (>>>> Marvel >>>>DC). Also Greg Pak is a great writer and I love me some Anni-Padda so I'm super excited for this.

But damn it Valiant where's my NINJAK book??

And TIMEWALKER...

Yea, he's the only one of the brothers we haven't seen :(

Timewalker was in a few of the earlier issues of Archer & Armstrong. But yeah I need that Ninjak book yesterday!!

@inferiorego

Or you can continue buying comics that make you feel dead inside just because your favorite character is on the cover. Your choice.

^^^Quality is what it is! :D

I think any week without A&A is not a week worth living in.
