I like these noir style "pulpish" characters and the art here will obviously be awesome... but I'm sticking to The Spider and Lobster Johnson for my noir/pulp fix!

Very excited about this - especially Uncanny Avengers. That name somehow just feels right!

I'd like to see Kang or Grim Reaper as the villain.

As new members I'd like to see Black Panther and/or Ms. Marvel. Hank Pym should be in it in some capacity even if not as Ant/Giant Man or Goliath - maybe just as a scientist who helps them out but then ends up creating Ultron... who turns evil in Av3!

And I know this will NEVER happen but I'd really like to see Mar-Vell

I'm not loving the covers - pretty basic and boring.

The interior art is decent - I quite like it but it could be better. My main problem is her face just doesn't look enough like Carol Danvers!

I'll keep reading this as I'm a Danvers fan and fingers crossed there'll be SOME kind of appearance from Mar-Vell - obviously in flashback or dream form.

@sithfrog: If Nathan Fillion plays Ant Man I think Eric O'Grady would be suited to him the most as he can pull off funny and obnoxious but I hope they go for Pym.

Definitely looking forward to seeing Drax and Starlord in the GotG movie but not familiar with the other characters. I hope this doesn't do a John Carter!
