@allstarsuperman: I was going to trade wait for this from January as well but as it's crossing over with Archer & Armstrong in March/April decided to keep getting it until then.

Man I couldn't decide which cover to get for this issue so ended up buying two. I regret nothing! I love this damn series.

This is one of my all time favourite Spidey stories. I agree it captures who Peter Parker is and his iron will more than any other story.

This was a thoroughly enjoyable read. Fred Van Lente is on fire at the moment and he keeps bringin the awesome to A&A. The scenes from the past are fantastic and really add depth to the overall story of the immortal brothers.

PLUS Armstrong smokes a shisha/hooka!

Really good review. This is my favourite book at the moment and I can't wait to see what Venditi has planned next!

  • Superior Spider-Man #9
  • Avengers Assemble #15AU - they were right outside my workplace they were :D
  • Harbinger Wars #2 - best xover of the year by far
  • All-New X-Men #11

My thoughts exactly on this issue. Such a drab, boring book. I wish I hadn't purchased (same for #4 too). Hickman can continue his experiment but I won't be following.

This was a great issue but there was one panel I either didn't see right or was just plain crap. When Faith breaks into the helicopter how does Kris disarm a guard AND knock him down? She doesn't have any powers and it didn't look like the guard Faith had attacked!

Robert Venditti is an awesome writer. I love his X-O Manowar and am hyped for his run on Green Lantern.

Exactly this.

I don't like where this series is going. There's too many gaping plot holes like why The Garden where not dealt with properly. Even if its building to something else that's pretty shitty characterisation of someone like Captain America. Anyway I dropped this after #6.
