Mega Man X wins.  Mega Man can take the abilities of machines, which means he can replicate the abilities of Iron Man's armor, Samus's armor, as well as Metal Sonic.  Metal Sonic goes down first, and during the commotion, X takes his speed.  While Stark is fighting Aran, X takes some pot shots, takes either of their abilities when he can, and then he takes them both out in the end.
 
It'd be a close fight, though.

Cell sits back, pops out some Cell Jrs, and watches the carnage.

No it was bad writing..Black Adam would break Connor and half and Prime was barely tickled against him I already explained the red sun light ... multiple people used it against Prime and he ripped right through them...Lightray shooting Prime would just piss him off and make him want to rip Lightrays head off even more  Even if he creates a run sun..he would have to force Prime into it..he cant even out muscle Barda  It is a stomp..Prime only has to him one time to kill him "

Livewire would fall to either Magneto or Polaris.  Metallo would fall to either Magneto or Polaris.  Parasite is on his own.  He's likely to absorb powers from some of the X-Men, but so is Rogue.  How Parasite and Rogue react to each others powers s a good question, though.
 
Regardless, Parasite wouldn't be able to react soon enough to copy the powers of many people before he got put down, especially against 13 people with missile attacks.

No need to apologize.  I got barely any sleep and I had to wake up three hours early for work, so I'm just angsty, lol.  I probably came off stronger than I meant to.
