To make Magneto explode, he would have to use his water powers to alter the pressure of Magneto's body, and Magneto is a guy who has casually gone from space back into Earth's atmosphere without adjusting his body to the differing pressures, and he didn't explode.

If Magneto's field can withstand a blast from Galactus, Hydroman's powers aren't getting through it.

Batman wins simply because he'll outlast Galactus during his years of prep.  The Big Crunch will come long before the 1 trillion year prep period occurs.  Galactus will die and usher in a new universe, which in turn will die and usher in another universe while Batman is still trying to figure out a way to beat Galactus.
