Thom would definitely be more useful than other Starmans, but I'm still gonna give it to the JLA. Nobody on the JSA could really go toe-to-toe with Kal, Wally, and Hal fighting together.

Depends, I suppose.  
He won't be able to dodge it forever, plus how is he gonna get into range for an attack if he's dodging bullets. At night, your sniper's visibility is severly hampered, my sniper on the other hand could possibly have better visibility thanks to the thermal sight.  
MK could hold his own. I'm willing to bet that MK could land a killing blow before Zuko could though. Adamantium>Fire 
It's not like DP and MK are gonna lie down for them. They're gonna fight back, but with guns, swords, darts, etc. instead of extremely close-range pressure points. I'm not sure pressure points will effect DP, correct me if I'm wrong.

I think my vote will got to Retnex. Sorry Nexus :( 
If Master Chief plays this smart, he could take out Iroh pretty easily. With back-peddling and defending himself with his shield, plus his armor's shields, he could eventually take out X-23 and then go close-combat with Domino.

So who decides the victor in these matches? Is it a majority vote or Ferro's and Luna's decision?

I don't have to attack at twilight, I can just wait it out till night. 
Doc would get into position before the battle starts and it would be pretty easy for him to strike once the battle is going since there will be gun shots and such going off. 
DD is a better fighter than DP and MK, but DD won't be able to dodge a uzi, or tentacles for that matter.  
I still don't know how your team is supposed to eliminate DP and MK. Pressure points isn't that good of an answer.

I think the team would definitely win.  
I was under the impression the Omega Beams can be used like a concussive force, not just BFR or "death".
