@batnorris: First of all, you're newer than i am, and stop looking down on people creating "pointless threads", pretty much every battle ever conceived has been done at least once

secondly, this may be an older thread, but hasn't been done recently, and i have only recently begun getting and to Lobo, which is why i tried to find an equal that'd be cool in a fight

I apologize if i irritated you with my thread, but the battle honestly interested me. I thought it'd be cool.

@CadenceV2: Shazam is their answer to Thor and Zatanna is a cure for any magic thrown at them, and as for speed, both Superman and Shazam are amoung DC's fastest heroes

JL is a team of gods, the avengers is a mix of mighty heros

Justice League wins, the reserves are definite overkill though, i still think the main 7 could win (evein though neither Aquaman or GL are apart of it anymore)

Superman could just fling Godzilla into space on his own

Punisher has had two days to plan, Dredd is aware of the whole situation, and the Terminator just time-warped into the city with no prep. In NYC, civilians and minor criminals, so minor inconveniences in the feild. Weapons are what they have, (Frank Castle's got his armory, dredd got his gun and the bike, t-800 gets whatever he finds)

Fight until death, describe who would kill who, situation. All pretty bad-@$$ed guys, so should be a cool fight

I love the creepy back-story behind the Indigo Lanterns, and if i were apart of a lantern corps, i'd probably be one of them. The Blue Lanterns are also very cool, but a little to peaceful for me.

The Orange Lantern is totally the coolest though, he's hilariously awesome and hilarious, i also like his funny constructs and greedy self-centered personality

I agree with most on this list, but i feel like the Super family would be pro-registration, Superman usually sides with the government, and the "American way"

Wonder Woman and Aquaman would be neutral, because neither care for most civilian rules, the two have their own governments and beliefs.

Captain Marvel/Shazam would definitely be a neutral character, more towards anti-registration, because i think the government wouldn't look to kindly on a 15 year old and his recklessness. He'd probably side with Batman, and be the anti-teams main muscle, and get along well with Dick and Damian well too.

As for other characters,

Pro-

Green Lanterns leading pro-registration, but fighting amongst them, Kyle and Guy against but side with Hal and John anyway

Bane (and the Suicide Squad)-working with government and Luther to clear his name,

Ra's Al Ghul- to challenge Batman

Cyborg- technology, want's to keep people safe, similar to Iron Man's position

Batgirl- disagrees with anti's methods and opposing the government, doesn't want to fight heroes

Con-

Joker- want to keep his crazed games with Batman going and ruin Luther's plans

Blue Beetle- Scarab won't let him oppose

Wally West- believes people should have the choice to register or not, discord in Flash Family

Teen Titans- similar to Shazam's stance

Neutral-

Solomon Grundy- i know he's in the game, and he's not a smart dude, kinda just a hassle for either side

OK, i know some people are against the before watchmen series, but i really happen to enjoy it. I also really enjoyed some of the use of musical lyrics and allusions to music in all of the series (most notably Silk Spectre and the Comedian) like that of the original comic. @Hal__Jordan: well, supermans caught the flash, and shazam is equal or greater than supes, so, im going to say yes. he has the speed of murcury after all, and flash has only been clocked at like 700 miles per hour (been dialed back since reboot) and can't maintain top speed while fighting anyway, so yea, billy still beats barry
