Yes. Also, There are different types of Adamantium and The Hulk has dent, broken and twisted some Adamantium around. Others have affected different qualities of Adamantium before, as well.

NO, and NO. the "time breakers" recruited each of the exiles based solely on mathematical probabilities of success. Not on being "unhinged" in time - as that was something that the "time breakers" did to the Exiles and Weapon X groups.
