So can they and the setting is in the favor of Ghost Rider since it is in hell and Barry would not survive being in hell. And I do not think Ghost Rider can be trap in the speed force. Also, Barry cannot time travel without a treadmill. Only Wally West can time travel without a treadmill.

Round 1-SSJ3 Goku (Buu saga) If he can get a cut on Goku he take over Goku body

Round 2-Super Buu Stalemate. Because they would be they to bust trying to take over one another body.

Round 3-Mystic Gohan The same thing I said about Goku

Round 4-Buuhan The same thing I said about Super Buu.

Round 5-Final Form Frieza (Super) Gets stomp super hard.

Round 6-Botamo He lose because Botamo cannot be physically harm.

Round 7-Final Form Frost He gets stomp

Round 8-SSJ Vegeta (U6 Tournament) He gets Ultra stomp hard.
