Definitly Superman. If Hulk could pick Thors hammer up and beat him with it i'm sure Superman would pick Thors hammer up and spank his a$$ too.

Thats a link that says his armor is of titaniums and let me copy and past it. it says it where it talks about its endoskeleton. 
 
The 200-kilogram T-850 endoskeleton has been upgraded from the T-800, though these are not necessarily visible from the outside. The main modification to the T-850 is its increased titanium alloy armor, hardening it to plasma weapons 
 
Now if you show me scans that say there blades can cut through titanium,then i'll shut up.

again are they adamantium or anything stronger than titanium that th eT-850s made of? T-850 has titanium aromor shown on a google site. I will find it if i can.

True. from the detail I have been hearing I'm kinda giving it seconds thoughts and supergirl being from krypton explains why shes as strong as superman. I still think wonder woman is a better fighter though.
