Personally I like marvel's characters much more, I just find them more intriguing for some reason. But the writing for DC right now is destroying most of the marvel comics, I only have 3 or 4 titles from marvel I'm reading atm and a bunch more DC.
@cloudzackvincent: I don't know much about him and don't claim to know much about any GL other than a bit of John Stewart. My first GL pick would be Stewart. I put Guy Gardner up there because of a coworker who knows a lot about GL is always talking about him. I was going to put Hal Jordan as #1 but he gets a lot of bad rep around the internet as I've come to find out.
I don't think it'd be proper to make a thread about it before asking on here first, but I've been buying comics most my life but lost most of them recently due to remodeling my room and most of them got trashed without my knowing. I was just curious where I should start my collection at again? I'm thinking of starting with the Hulk and going from there as he is my favorite Hero. Thanks to whoever decides to answer my question it'd be much appreciated :D.
