The Ultimate Team defend's of the universe from danger posed by the alien Celestials.

Referred to as "space gods" by the Eternals and the Deviants, the Celestials appear as silent, armored humanoids with an average height of 2,000 feet (610 m). Visiting Earth every thousand years in groups called "Hosts", the group are revealed to have been responsible for the creation of both the Eternals and the Deviants over a million years ago, and the genetic manipulation is ultimately responsible for the existence of superpowers in mutants. Resenting the presence of the Celestials and their monitoring of Earth's progress, the Skyfather figures of Earth (e.g., Odin, Zeus, and Vishnu) attempted to stop the Third Host, but are quickly outmatched.       Powers and abilities.  The Celestials are depicted as being capable of almost any feat, with Fantastic Four member Reed Richards theorizing that the Celestials' source of power is Hyperspace itself – the source of all energy in the Marvel Universe. The characters were capable of reducing the Asgardian construct known as the Destroyer — thought to be indestructible — to slag (at a time when the Destroyer was imbued with the life force of all Asgardian gods with the exception of Thor); can move planets at will; and create, contain, or seal off pocket universes. The Celestials also appear capable of instant regeneration as blows from the Odinsword (wielded by the Destroyer) were repaired within seconds. According to the Dreaming Celestial, the entities cannot truly be destroyed, even by other Celestials.

  • As King of the Norse Gods, Odin possesses superhuman strength; durability and courtesy of the Golden Apples of Idunn, a greatly extended lifepsan. Odin is capable of manipulating the Odin Force - a source of magical energy - for a number of purposes, including energy projection; creation of ilusions and force fields; levitation; molecular manipulation and teleportation. The character has also used the Odinpower for greater feats such as transporting the entire human race to an alternate dimension;[21] compressing the population of an entire planet into a single being, the Mangog[22] and taking a soul away from the arch-demon Mephisto.[23]

In battle Odin carries the magical spear Gungnir ("The Spear of Heaven"), an artifact made of the metal uru, that can be used to channel the Odinforce. Once a year during the Asgardian winter Odin must undertake the Odinsleep for 24 hours to regenerate (and is closely guarded as he is vulnerable during this period).[24]

Odin is also a master tactician and schemer, and has prevented Ragnarok,[25] and planned for centuries for the coming of the Celestial Fourth Host.[26] The character also on occasion uses the eight-legged steed Sleipnirthe and the enchanted ship Skipbladnir, which can navigate the "sea of space" and be shrunk to the size of a toy.

  • Superhuman strength, intellect, stamina, durability and longevity

    Energy and molecular manipulation

    Psionic powers

Teleportation. The Watchers are cosmic beings, who possess the innate ability to achieve virtually any effect desired, including augmenting personal attributes, time and space manipulation, molecular manipulation, energy projection, and a range of mental powers. They also have access to highly advanced technology.

  • The Stranger has the ability to channel and manipulate the power cosmic for virtually any use, with feats including levitation; force field creation; size shifting and molecular manipulation of matter;[22] light speed space travel; intangibility and energy projection[23] and assembling a planet from segments of inhabited worlds from across the universe.[24] The entity also possesses a "laboratory" world, where items are stored, and beings of interest, referred to as specimens, are kept prisoner for study.

  • The Spectre is the most powerful black character ever created and in the runnings for one of the most powerful characters in comics period. Divine mystical enhancements granting virtual omnipotence, although the true scope ranges from the dictates of the Presence Knowledge of events before the Crisis on Infinite Earths. The Spectre is the most powerful known being in the universe, capable of virtually any feat.his powers vastly increased over the years. At times The Spectre utilized the Mystic Ring of Life to perform feats that were beyond his own powers.

  • The ultimate force in the dc universe Wields the power of the Big Bang.

  • The Anti-Monitor is one of the most powerful beings in the DC universe. capable of absorbing entire universes and altering the essence of reality. He has limitless cosmic powers and can manipulate matter. who has brought death and destruction on more than one occasion to The DC Universe. However, where he was once The Master of Sinestro's Army, he is now a slave to the will of Nekron and has been made into the source of The Black Lantern Corps' power. In the "Chain Lightning" arc of the Flash comics, history is altered when Barry Allen is killed before the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths. This forces Wally West into a timeline where the Anti-Monitor was never defeated and only the Antimatter Universe remains. A parody of the Anti-Monitor, called the "Aunty Monitor", appeared in Marvel Comics' What The--?! satire comic.[7] Marvel's Mighty Mouse comic featured another parody, the "Anti-Minotaur."[8] The Anti-Monitor makes a cameo appearance in Justice League Unlimited #32. He is described by Darkseid to be a "celestial being composed of negative energy" which Darkseid sought to gain to fuel the Anti-Life Equation. The Monitor and Anti-Monitor both appear in Tiny Titans #12, with the Monitor telling Robin that he needs a hall pass, and the Anti-Monitor contradicting him because he is the "Anti" Monitor, until the two start having a "do not, do too" argument, and the Monitor says that everyone likes the Anti-Monitor better.

  • Krona possesses a supreme genius-level intellect, but his arrogance, lack of patience, and short temper have gotten the better of him. If it brought him any benefit, he would be the sort to attempt to quantify dance or measure a soul, solely for the sake of knowing. It is this madness that got Krona exiled and brought about his constant defeats.

Like the rest of his species, Krona possesses enhanced physical abilities; vast psionic powers, telepathy and telekinesis; and virtual immortality; does not need to breathe, eat or sleep, and can regenerate from any injury at an accelerated rate. His powers were later increased by Nekron, making him more powerful than any of the Guardians.

As Entropy, Krona was composed of anti-energy, could absorb others into his body, converting them into more anti-energy, and was able to create an army composed of anti-energy that were completely under his control. During the JLA/Avengers miniseries, where he wielded the power of all the universes he had previously destroyed, Krona proved able to easily defeat both the Grandmaster and Galactus.

  • Parallax has immense fear-casting and mind-control powers, strong enough to easily scare control the likes of Superman, Wonder Woman, and even Spectre, except those who are capable of understanding and conquering inner fear such as Kyle Rayner and Bruce Wayne. Strangely, it was unable to control Alan Scott even though he experienced fear from Parallax (Abin Sur explains that in humans fear is an intellectual, which may have something to do with the ineffectuality of Parallax's powers[9] and the fear entity itself mentioned that Alan's power differs from the fear entity, the Guardians, and the Green Lantern Corps as they derive their powers from emotional spectrums[10]), although he did experience a fever which led him increasingly weakening during Parallax's attempts. It can take possession of someone's body when they feel even the slightest fear. Parallax is also capable of creating solid light constructs, such as creating a convincing duplicate of Sinestro for Hal Jordan to kill. Parallax can create both green and yellow objects or creatures.

  • Biospheric energy manipulation Superhuman strength and durability Technopathy Immortality Created In his masters image, Tyrant has the same powers and abilities as Galactus and to virtually the same extent and power. Tyrant possessed enormous cosmic power. He could absorb and channel a tremendous amount of cosmic energy for destructive purposes. He possessed vast indeterminable levels of superhuman strength, and was incredibly resistant to physical injuries. Being of bio-mechanical properties, Tyrant was effectively immortal. Tyrant also had the ability to psionically control any technology that he came into contact with at will. Tyrant proved capable of turning even the world ship of Galactus against it's master.

  • Molecule Man has the potential to be one of the most powerful Marvel characters. Owen Reece gained superhuman powers by mutation through exposure to radiation from an experimental particle generator, which (as later revealed) also opened a "pinhole" into the dimension of the Beyonders, irradiating him with the energy that infuses a Cosmic Cube. As the Molecule Man, he has the psionic ability to manipulate all forms of matter on a subatomic level, and to manipulate all known forms of energy and to convert matter into energy. He can use his power to reconfigure all forms of matter into different substances and forms and can change matter to energy and back again, e.g.: the creation of powerful force fields and energy beams. He is able to manipulate some of the most powerful and most durable materials within the Marvel Universe.

  • Kronos was originally one of the immortal Eternals, and gifted with normal Eternal abilities including superhuman strength and durability. Once an abstract being, Kronos became a cosmic entity with the ability to achieve virtually any effect by willing it. The character occasionally manifests a huge transparent humanoid so lesser beings can perceive the entity.

  • Ego is exceptionally intelligent, although as its name suggests, it harbors an extreme superiority complex and can be emotional if thwarted. Ego is propelled through space via the engine Galactus implanted on it and can travel at faster than light speeds (for unknown reasons, Ego is unable to remove the powerful propulsion unit placed at its south pole). Ego has total control over its entire mass down to the molecular level; it often shapes its surface into the appearance of a gigantic face to address powerful beings, and can also shape its terrain to suit the circumstances. It is able to use its own substance to extrude tentacles, organic sensors, plant-like growth, and to create humanoid vessels for its consciousness. It can shape its surface to appear as a dead inhospitable world, or into an idyllic, lush green paradise to lure unaware space travelers to its surface, which it promptly consumes. Ego possesses various internal features analogous to a living organism, such as gigantic tunnels that have been compared to arteries, and a gigantic brain-like organ deep below its surface. Ego possesses both digestive organs, which it uses when absorbing living beings, and an immune system with which to create powerful antibodies to destroy beings which resist absorption.[21] It also possesses vast psionic abilities, and can project blasts powerful enough to destroy other worlds.

  • As the physical embodiment of the cosmic balance between Chaos and Order, the In-Betweener is able to manipulate cosmic energy to alter reality to achieve nearly any effect or ability within his influence as the synthesis of duality. His scale of power has been shown as equal to that of Galactus.[3] He is, however, under the absolute control of Lord Chaos and Master Order as his creators. The In-Betweener's other major (and unique) ability is to analyze a target and then direct energy towards it in a "polar opposite" form, which is instantly fatal.

  • Zeus possesses all the conventional attributes of a member of the race of superhumans known as the gods of Olympus, such as superhuman strength, speed, stamina, durability, agility, and reflexes. Zeus is virtually immortal in the sense that he does not age, is immune to all known diseases, and cannot be killed through conventional means. Zeus possesses the ability to manipulate vast amounts of cosmic and mystical energy for a variety of purposes, including temporary augmentation of his superhuman physical abilities, firing powerful bolts of electrical force energy, changing his shape and size at will, opening and closing interdimensional apertures, granting superhuman abilities and properties to living beings or inanimate objects, and the power to generate great amounts of electrical energy and discharge it as lightning bolts. Zeus can also control the mystical life energies of other Olympian gods, and has removed and restored much of his son Hercules' divine attributes several times in the past. Zeus possesses limited precognitive abilities that allow him to glimpse various alternate futures. Zeus is also an excellent hand to hand combatant, having thousands of years of experience at his disposal, and is virtually invincible in hurling lightning bolts. Zeus wields Olympian weaponry made by Hephaestus from virtually indestructible adamantine, and sometimes rides in a mystical chariot drawn by magical horses capable of flight and traversing the dimensions.

  • Although not native to this dimension, the Beyonder was one of the most powerful beings ever to exist in the Marvel Universe. In the original Secret Wars storyline, he was the be-all and end-all of his universe that took corporeal form to better understand the nature of human beings. After his creator, Jim Shooter, left Marvel, writer-editor Tom DeFalco, displeased with Shooter's tenure at Marvel, re-tooled the Beyonder and altered his origin. He was no longer omnipotent as many initially believed, being an incomplete Cosmic Cube, with less raw power and the same limitations of a complete cube. Nonetheless, he possessed vast psionic abilities allowing him to manipulate matter and energy at a cosmic level beyond all but the most powerful of cosmic entities. He was shown and described to repell Galactus "like a bug",[19] and even greatly exceeded the collected energy of the latter's World-Ship.[20] He once destroyed a galaxy on a whim to meet his needs during the first Secret Wars,[19] and later, by using his entire energies, created a universe out of his own being.[21] When the Molecule Man extracted the Beyonder from Kosmos, their battle took place in more than three dimensions, and threatened vast portions of reality.[22] In Kosmos' 'Maker' incarnation, she was stated as capable of reversing The Crunch itself, essentially collapsing the entire universe.[23] The Beyonder could endow himself with a corporeal form of practically limitless strength and endurance. However, his scale of power has been stated as below that of the Living Tribunal and Eternity,[21] the Celestials,[24] or the Molecule Man.

  • Wielder of the Power Cosmic. Korvac was originally a normal man until the Badoon amputated the lower half of his body, and grafted his upper body and nervous system onto a specialized computer module capable of siphoning energy from virtually any source. Korvac's mechanical module could also tap and synthesize any form of energy and concealed advanced weaponry. After downloading information from Galactus' ship and acquiring the Power Cosmic, Korvac was capable of many feats on par with other cosmic entities, such as matter alteration; energy projection; teleportation and manipulation of time and space. In his perfect human form, Korvac retained all his cosmic abilities and could use these to achieve virtually any effect. Michael Korvac was a brilliant computer scientist, a master combat strategist, and a formidable hand-to-hand combatant.

  • The Magus is a techno-organic entity, a creature composed entirely of living circuitry. His body is black and yellow, and tends to be hundreds of meters high. Like all others of his kind, his powers include shapeshifting, super strength, starflight, the ability to mimic and interface with any technological artifact, and the ability to transform any organic life-form into a techno-organic being like himself via the infectious Transmode Virus. Though able to draw energy from a variety of ambient and artificial sources, transforming living beings and draining them of their life energy seems to be his preferred means of sustenance. His size and strength are limited only by the amount of power he can acquire and store. At full power he has been stated as capable of eclipsing a star and tear it apart through strength alone. However, he has proved vulnerable to relatively mundane attacks when close to human size.

The Magus is extraordinarily violent, brutal, and arrogant. His species, (save Warlock, who is a mutant) is incapable of love, compassion, or mercy. Entirely male, they reproduce by mechanical means, after which it is customary for father and son to fight to the death.

The Magus has also demonstrated a high level of intelligence and cunning. As proven by his ability to enter Limbo under his own power, Magus also possesses the ability of interdimensional transportation.

  • Franklin is a mutant who possesses the power to warp reality on a cosmic scale, i.e., to make any thought or desire come to fruition; conjunctively, he can rearrange the molecular structure of matter. In the Heroes Reborn: The Return limited series, Franklin is described as a "being whom the Celestials felt was on par with themselves."[9] In addition to reality and molecular manipulation, Franklin has vast psionic powers that have manifested as telepathy, telekinesis, energy blasts of concussive force (in adulthood), precognition, and astral projection. Being a child, however, Franklin's abilities are restricted to an extent by his limited control—at any given moment those powers could spawn the unthinkable with something less than a thought, or risk temporary depletion in the event of overexertion. Moreover, it remains unclear what power levels Franklin will ultimately achieve as an adult, as several future incarnations from alternate realities have been shown to vary in power.

In terms of unrealized potential, Franklin was generally considered for years to be the most powerful mutant in the Marvel Universe.[

  • Akhenaten first appears in the Marvel Universe asking the God Aten for aid, who in actuality is the ancient mutant Apocalypse. [1] Akhenaten is later abducted by the cosmic alien race known as the Celestial Order, whom imbues Akhenaten with the power of the Heart of the Infinite. After a millennia of grasping the power, Akhenaten returns to rule Earth and destroys its heroes including mythological Gods. However, the Titan Thanos usurps the power of the Heart of the Infinite and goes back in time to stop Akhenaten from attacking Doctor Doom, allowing the latter to destroy Akhenaten's past self before being empowered by the Celestial Order.

  • The Impossible Man's alien physiology gives the character the ability to take on virtually any form via molecular rearrangement. Almost every appearance has featured the Impossible Man mimicking another Marvel character's appearance and their abilities, such as Thor;[30] Klaw [31] and Wolverine.[32] He also has the ability to teleport across vast interstellar distances and even dimensions, an effect commonly accompanied by a "Pop!" sound effect.

The Impossible Man has an encyclopedic knowledge of Earth's popular culture.

  • The Runner possesses the Power Primordial, which consists of cosmic energies leftover from the Big Bang that still remain in the universe. The Runner possesses a cosmic-enhanced life force which grants him a variety of superhuman traits, including augmentation of his physical attributes and senses, a virtually immortal body, immunity to aging and disease, and imperviousness to conventional injury through regeneration of any injury. Also, the Runner can utilize his cosmic life force for a variety of effects, including the projection of powerful energy blasts from his head, the transformation and rearrangement of matter on a planetary scale. The Runner's body has developed to survive unaided in space with no need for food, air or water. He is virtually indestructible and his durability rivals that of the Silver Surfer. He has the ability to stimulate the pleasure centers of beings around him, allowing him to influence the emotions of others and causing them to "feel good" in his presence even if he has wronged or betrayed them; this attribute may not be under his conscious control.

He appears virtually immortal and immune to aging, disease, poison, and conventional injury. Due to his machinations against Death, he was unable to die.

The Runner's primary ability is his speed. He can literally "run" several times faster-than-light speed under his own power by using only his legs.

  • Surtur is a fire giant possessing godlike strength and durability, exceeding even that of Odin's. Surtur can generate intense heat, flames or concussive force; levitate and is capable of inter-dimensional travel. Surtur also possesses the sword Twilight, which is capable of creating rifts in entire dimensions. On one occasion, Surtur was able to engage in combat and gain the upperhand against Odin, Thor, and Loki, the three most powerful Norse gods, at the same time.

  • The Shaper of Worlds is an alien matter-energy construct with unknown, and potentially incalculable physical power. He has the ability to restructure finite pockets of reality and to alter the molecular configuration of persons and objects. He is also capable of intergalactic and interdimensional teleportation, and empathic perception. The Shaper's intelligence is immeasurable, but lacking a creative imagination, the Shaper must use the mind of another sentient being as a template for his transformations of worlds.

The Shaper has massive power, but he cannot actually create new worlds - after destroying a significant portion of the Skrull Empire, he deliberately limited the scope of his powers. He only rearranges the structure of an existing world to fit the template that has been requested by another. The alien can only create worlds if it has the dreams of another living being to use as a blueprint. These factors are often considered to be the greatest drawbacks to its powers.

It is his curse that he has a strong desire to make dreams come true, but does not have any dreams himself. He seeks out other beings that he senses have wishes he can fulfill. Only in this way can he find a release for his strong desire to shape reality. Glorian and Kubik are his protégés.

The Shaper of Worlds has fought the Hulk and the Fantastic Four. It was he who taught the Beyonder and the Molecule Man that they shared a common origin and merged them into the being known as Kosmos.

  • Superhuman strength, speed, stamina, breath, longevity, hearing, vision, x-ray and heat vision, invulnerability, flight. Superboy-Prime has all the basic abilities of a Kryptonian exposed to yellow sunlight: super-strength, speed, breath, and hearing; the power of flight; X-ray, heat, microscopic, and telescopic visions; and invulnerability. His power are basically at the level as the Silver Age Superman, which makes him one of the most powerful characters in the DC universe. As his Krypton never exploded, there never existed any Kryptonite that affects him, and his only weakness is an increased need of a yellow sun for his powers. His fight with the Guardians showed that his Kryptonian-Prime physiology is capable of absorbing and processing large quantities of Oan energy in addition to yellow sun energy. It is unknown what other energies Superboy-Prime can absorb and metabolize for his powers.

  • Superhuman strength, stamina, durability, longevity and intelligence Energy and matter manipulation Telekinesis Teleportation. Thanos possesses a wide range of abilities, some of which are common to the Titanian Eternals, and others that have been acquired through bionic amplification, mysticism, and augmentation by Death itself. In addition to superior levels of superhuman strength, stamina and particularly durability, Thanos has shown himself capable of absorbing and directing enormous quantities of cosmic energy, and using it to shield himself. The Titan is also capable of matter manipulation, telekinesis, and resistance to powerful telepathic assaults. Thanos can also temporarily increase his powers by absorbing energy from an unknown source of quasi-mystical nature. Death resurrected Thanos and increased all of his abilities, giving him superior resilience and energy manipulating abilities than even Elders of the Universe. He is currently one of the most powerful beings in all the universe. Only Galactus, the Stranger, the Celestials, and the Watchers are known to equal or exceed his cosmic energy manipulative abilities. Thanos was born with superhuman intelligence and has spent much of his life acquiring knowledge. While in the service of death he spent a great deal of time gazing into the Infinity Well and learning "secrets" of the galaxy. Aside from the Watchers, he is, perhaps, the most knowledgeable being in the known universe. By far the most powerful Titanian Eternal. Possibly Thanos' most dangerous ability is his mind. Thanos' intellect is dedicated to enhancing his own powers and to the annihilation of all life. Thanos is a genius in virtually all known fields of advanced science and has created technology far exceeding contemporary Earth science. His intellect surpasses Earth's greatest minds, Reed Richards and Doctor Doom.

  • Hyperstorm is both the future descendant and enemy of the Fantastic Four. Dynamokinesis Matter and energy manipulation Telekinesis Telepathy Teleportation Invisiblity Fire Manipulation. Hyperstorm is a mutant with the power to tap the extradimensional realm of hyperspace for any effect. He can control all forces of nature-- the electromagnetic force, the strong and weak nuclear force, and the gravitational force-- forces that emanate from hyperspace which he "is one with." Hyperstorm displayed telepathic, telekinetic, and energy and matter manipulation abilities both as Hyperstorm (Fantastic Four Unlimited #12) and as his otherworld counterpart David Richards. For the latter, his powers are described as an amalgam of the powers of Professor X, Magneto and The Phoenix Force. Hyperstorm displayed the ability to teleport through hyperspace from one point in the universe to another with no known limitations.

  • Darkseid is among the most powerful New Gods, sometimes depicted with a variety of god-like abilities at his disposal. His main power, the Omega Effect, is a form of energy that he fires from his eyes as either concussive force or beams of disintegration, capable of transmuting or erasing most objects and organisms from existence as well as to reform or resurrect them. Darkseid has pinpoint control over his Omega Beams, and his unerring aim allows them to travel in straight lines, bend, twist, or curve around corners, and can pass through matter and energy. Darkseid possesses superhuman strength, stamina, and durability equivalent to the corresponding traits of Superman. Countdown To Final Crisis #2 reveals that he also possesses the ability to increase his size. Darkseid possesses the power of telepathy and has also shown the ability to create psionic avatars and to lift objects with his mind (telekinesis). He is even able to open Boom Tubes under his own power, and can travel through time, space, and other dimensions with ease. Darkseid is also, being a god, virtually immortal, having returned from the dead a number of times and having lived for several thousand years at the very least.

  • Brainiac is one of the most intelligent villains in the DC Universe, known for having a "12th level intellect." The massive intellect allows for superhuman calculation abilities, enhanced memory, and advanced understanding of mechanical engineering, bio-engineering, physics, and other theoretical and applied sciences, as well as extensive knowledge of various alien technologies. Brainiac's advanced mental powers have shown him capable of possessing others, transferring his consciousness[6], creating and manipulating computer systems, and exerting some control over time and space. Brainiac has also created devices such as a force field belt[7] and a shrinking ray capable of reducing cities.[7] John Byrne's re-imagining of the character possessed telepathy and telekinesis which were further augmented by an implanted electrode head-piece. The most recent version of Brainiac possesses immense strength, (enough to actually wound Superman) and durability to match.

  • Morg was imbued with the Power Cosmic by Galactus, as he did with all his heralds. The physical transformation by the cosmic power of Galactus allowed Morg to fly through space and granted him exponentially enhanced superhuman strength, speed, stamina, durability, agility, and reflexes. Morg can manipulate cosmic energy for various effects, including the projection of energy bolts of cosmic force, the augmentation of his strength to even greater superhuman levels, and survive unprotected in the vacuum of outer space without the need of oxygen, food or sleep. Morg carried a 2-foot (0.61 m) double-bladed cosmic axe with a 5-foot (1.5 m) handle, able to emanate waves of destructive force sufficiently powerful to rend a tear in Galactus's ship and to create highly impervious force shields. The mystical pool, the Well of Life, that Morg immersed himself in augmented each of these abilities further [11], making him more powerful than any other single herald, even more so than the Silver Surfer. It is unknown whether this still holds true after the events of Annihilation Wave when Silver Surfer was empowered further by Galactus [12]. Morg was also an experienced fighter and executioner.

  • The Silver Surfer wields the Power Cosmic, giving him superhuman strength and stamina and making him virtually indestructible for practical purposes. Power Cosmic In order for Norrin Radd to be a herald for Galactus, Galactus gives Norrin some of his cosmic powers possessing him with the Power Cosmic. Surfing the Black HoleInvulnerability The Silver Surfer's skin is nearly impossible to penetrate, capable of withstanding extreme pressures and temperatures. He can travel through the core of a star and even through black holes without injury or disorientation. Regeneration The Silver Surfer can regenerate parts of himself with the Power Cosmic, including his board at will. Super Strength The Power Cosmic gives the Silver Surfer incredible strength and he has fought some of the most powerful beings in the universe including Thor, the Hulk, and the Champion of the Universe.

  • The Sentry is one of the most powerful superheroes in the Marvel Univers. Superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes, senses, and durability Light and radiation manipulation Flight Telepathy Resurrection Healing The Sentry has been shown to be able to easily lift tremendous weights, but generally greatly restrains his full power.[17] [18] He has been able to effortlessly defeat, and break the axe of Terrax,[19] a herald of Galactus shown as powerful enough to slice planets in two. he has stated that he has the power equal to one million exploding suns. During the Civil War, Spider-Man and a group of SHIELD agents ranked Sentry as the most powerful of all heroes, with the Hulk ranked as second and Black Bolt ranked as third.

  • The Thunder God Superhuman strength, stamina, speed, durability and longevity The "Odin-Force" Storm Summoning Abilities via Mjolnir: Flight Energy absorption & projection Weather manipulation Dimensional transportation.) Biologically half-Asgardian, half-Elder God, Thor possesses a number of superhuman attributes common among the Asgardian gods. However, some are considerably more developed than those of the vast majority of his race. Thor is the most powerful being on the planet currently and one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe.

  • Superhuman Strength: Blue Marvel possesses vast levels of superhuman strength. He was seen as capable of effortlessly lifting the 1960 era's American warship 'Enterprise' [1] which weighs over 93,000 tons [2]. The Blue Marvel is capable of greater feats of strength as when he easily moved a meteor "easily the size of Arkanas."[3] The Blue Marvel is even strong enough to strike with such force that he was able to make the Sentry bleed, knock him into orbit and momentarily knock him out all with a single punch. The Watcher states that Adam is capable of splitting the moon into two with a blow[4]. He was able to directly engage Iron man, Ares, Wonder Man and Ms. Marvel in combat at the same time and casually overpower them. [5] Superhuman Durability : Blue Marvel has survived a hydrogen bomb blowing up in his hands unfazed [6]. He is capable of withstanding blows from a large collection of superhumans made up of Ms. Marvel, Ares, Iron Man, Wonder Man, and Sentry unharmed. Blue marvel can also breathe and survive in space. Adam Brashear is a genius in the field of theoretical physics and has made extraordinary strides in the study of antimatter. He has been trained by the U.S. Marines in armed and unarmed combat. Brashear is also a highly talented football player though he is out of practice.Strength levelClass 100 , Adam is capable of lifting far in excess of 100 tons easily. He is stated to be as strong as Sentry and in the same league as Hulk, and even Thor [9]. Namor also stated that the only other who have hit him as hard as Blue marvel were Hulk and Thor

  • Superman once called him "the most powerful being on the face of the earth". J'onn is the most powerful telepath on earth, being able to effect even the Spectre with his telepathy. Aquaman has stated that Martian Manhunter's telepathy exceeds even the telepathy of other members of the Martian race Genius level intellect Superhuman strength, speed and durability Telepathy, Telekinesis, Invisibility, Regeneration, Longevity, shape-shifting, phase-shifting, Martian vision and Flight. Martian Manhunter possesses a wide variety of superhuman powers, many of which are virtually identical to those of Superman, including superhuman strength, speed, durability, flight and "Martian vision" (a term designating both the ability to see through solid objects and the ability to generate optic heat beams. he is also a cunning and logical detective. As Batman mentions in his file, that "in many ways, Martian Manhunter is like an amalgam of Superman and the Dark Knight himself

  • Vulcan was originally an Alpha-level mutant, but after absorbing part of the energies from the depowered mutants from M-Day, his power levels were boosted to those of an Omega-level mutant. Emma Frost, Rachel Grey and Professor Xavier have confirmed this. Energy Absorption: Vulcan could absorb any type of energy and channel that energy through his blasts. It is not yet known if Vulcan could absorb energy for various effects i.e. increase strength. His energy absorption ability and his ability to wield energy, although potentially infinite, had their limits. (For example, his brother Havok was capable of easily overpowering him with his raw power and had him at his mercy after Vulcan threw him into a Sun.) Energy Manipulation: Ability to psionically tap and manipulate an unknown form of energy for various effects. His ability to wield energy seemed to be infinite. Vulcan could project radiation along the electromagnetic spectrum and maybe even control magnetism. Variable Energy Blasts: Vulcan could generate light, heat, force, and electricity or really any form of energy in the form of powerful blasts. He generated these blasts from his hands as well as his eyes. Flight Vulcan was able to fly and levitate using his powers.

  • The Demon and Devil figure Mephisto possesses extremely powerful magical abilities. Size transformations, energy manipulation, enchantments, class 100 strength, etc. He can also gain power through souls submitting to his will thus becoming his slaves. He is sufficiently powerful enough to defeat even the Silver Surfer.

  • Adam's strength is generally depicted of being on levels equal to those of Superman and Captain Marvel, though some writers have portrayed his strength as possibly outmatching them; on at least one occasion, he has been able to successfully hold his own against an assemblage of the Justice League, Justice Society, and the Teen Titans. This is something neither Superman nor Captain Marvel have been able to do.

  • Superhuman strength, speed, stamina and durability Multiple extrasensory and vision powers Freezing breath Regenerative healing factor Flight. All versions of Hyperion possess superhuman strength, stamina, speed, and durability. Each also has greatly enhanced sensory perceptions, which extends to being able to perceive the entire electromagnetic spectrum[citation needed] and "atomic vision" - the equivalent of heat vision. The heroic Earth-712 version of Hyperion also possesses the ability to use cosmic energy to augment his life force granting him great longevity and regenerative abilities, courtesy of his Eternal heritage. The character is also capable of the projection of infrared heat via his eyes, and the ability to levitate. The Earth-712 Hyperion's powers and vitality are diminished when he is exposed to argonite radiation. The Earth-712 Hyperion also has a college degree in journalism. In the Earth-9997 universe, a version of Hyperion is recruited by the robot X-51 for his squadron of interdimensional heralds. This Hyperion kills the master villain Kulan Gath who is responsible for the deaths of many of Earth's heroes.

  • Genius level intellect and world-renowned neurosurgeon Possesses the Soul Gem Extended Life-span Vastly powerful magic & cosmic energy wielder able to generate a near infinite range of effects.) Doctor Strange unleashing the might of his mystic forcesMastery of Sorcery (Formerly): Dr. Strange is the Sorcerer Supreme of Earth's Universe; he has unparalleled mastery of the mystic arts, which he uses to defend his reality from otherworldly threats; his primary magical patrons are a group of entities known as "the Vishanti." The Vishanti are a trinity of godly beings comprised of Agamotto, Hoggoth, and Oshtur. Although he has, on rare occasions, called upon the power of demons such as Dormammu; Strange more frequently did so before he realized Dormammu's true dark nature in the earlier issues. Doctor Strange is potentially the most powerful being on Earth and one of the most powerful beings in the Universe.

He has even been the cause of the Great Galactus's defeat (though he was very weakened)

  • Nova derives his powers from a source known as the Nova Force, which is wielded by all Nova Corps Centurions. Nova's small share of the Nova Force gives him abilities including flight, super strength, speed, and durability, as well as the power to absorb energies directed at him and release it as gravimetric beams and pulses, either from single parts of his body or from his entire body surface. After the events of Annihilation, where all members of the Nova Corps was killed except Nova himself. Nova had to absorb all of the Nova Force thus enhancing his powers by several orders of magnitude. He can now lift over a 100 tons, roughly matching the strength of Hyperion, his energy manipulating and absorbing abilities have been signifigantly increased butting him nearly on par with the Silver Surfer and he can now create and channel cosmic radiation and energy. He is capable of flight at near light-speed, and is able to open star-gates through the fabric of space-time to collapse distances. However, under normal circumstances Nova utilizes the Worldmind in order to regulate the full power of the Nova Force, thereby limiting his potential. When infected by the Phalanx this was not the case and Nova was in complete control of the entire Nova Force and was able to defeat Drax the Destroyer with ease. If Nova is able to regain this level of control when not under the control of the Phalanx, he will be one of the most powerful beings in the Marvel Universe. Recently, Richard Rider briefly wore the Quantum Bands.

  • Power armor: Energy Projection Superhuman strength and durability Teleportation Monarch has the powers of flight, teleportation, vastly powerful energy projection, vast superhuman strength, invulnerability, awareness, manipulation of the quantum field, the ability to access other realities in the multiverse and extreme energy absorption capabilities. So far the only people that have ever been able to injure Monarch are the Earth-16 Chris Kent (who died after performing such a massive attack) and Superman-Prime. After absorbing Major Force and every version of Captain Atom in the multiverse, Monarch's powers are perhaps one of strongest to ever be seen in the DC universe. He was able to beat three versions of Superman and Wonder Woman at one time in Countdown: Arena with one blow, go toe to toe with a Guardian charged Superboy-Prime, incinerate Lobo (who is nearly as strong as Superman) and defeat all of his counterparts, with ease, within a few minutes. [edit] Equipment The original Monarch's armor was crafted using advanced technology from an alternate future, it was highly durable, could fire positronic charges from his eyes and gloves, had a teleportation device, and probably other uncatalogued functions. The updated Monarch armor currently worn by Captain Atom, contains a "nanoweave" designed to contain radiation leaking from a breach in his chest. It also contained instruments for monitoring his vital signs, through a direct neural interface.

  • Annihilus is a megalomaniac who possesses advanced Tyannan technology and the cosmic control rod. He has know to have defeated Thor and dared to fight Odin himself. When death is upon him he can spawn immature clones of himself that retain his memories so that he can continue to survive.

  • The Magus is an artificially-created being whose body has certain cosmic energy receptive cells. As such, he had the ability to manipulate cosmic energy for a variety of effects. The Magus is a more powerful version of Adam Warlock, capable of overcoming pre-resurrection Thanos in combat.[17] Like Adam, he controlled the Soul Gem, and possessed high-levels of superhuman strength, stamina, durability, including energy projection, telepathy, intangibility, and cosmic awareness. The Magus was also highly intelligent and a gifted strategist. He was an accomplished self-taught philosopher, and a master planner and schemer.

  • He is very powerful, able to hold his own against the likes of Thor. (*Invulnerability Energy manipulation Flight Precognition .) The true extent of Starhawk's powers is unknown, but they are said to be immense in nature. He has an incredibly long lifespan, possibly inherited from his mother or due to his empowerment by the Hawk God. Starhawk can manipulate light to create concussive force blasts of photonic energy, heat, and solid-light constructs. He can also fly at the speed of light by tapping anti-gravitons, and survive in the vacuum of space. By tapping into Aleta's powers (when merged with her), he can also generate solid constructs of light; it is unknown if he can do so since their separation. His natural senses, especially eyesight, are enhanced to a superhuman degree; in addition, his powers give him extrasensory sensitivity to energy patterns and fluctuations in his environment, and he can track energy trails across intergalactic distances. He has superhuman strength and durability, and he can enhance these further by reinforcing his body with light energy; on one occasion, he was able to engage in hand-to-hand combat with the thunder god Thor.

  • Apocalypse is one of the most powerful mutants in the Marvel universe, possessing a multitude of superhuman abilities, including almost unsurpassed strength, invulnerability and the ability to both shift and alter his mass and form. Self-manipulation Immortality Superhuman strength, speed, agility, endurance, reflexes, and durability Teleportation Flight Energy manipulation Technopathy Healing factor Psionic powers Genius-level intelligence Access to Celestial technology. Apocalypse is portrayed as one of the most powerful mutants in the Marvel universe,[55] exceeding even that of his former minion, the Harbinger in power,[56][57] who was capable of going toe-to-toe with the Avengers and Cable at the same time. Even when in a severely weakened, dying state, Apocalypse has been capable of fighting, and defeating the X-Men (Storm, Colossus, Beast, Quicksilver, Archangel, and Iceman).[58] Apparently Apocalypse belongs to a sub-species of immortal mutants known as the Externals.Apocalypse is a skilled demagogue, able to turn even the greatest of the X-Men to his side. He is also a master strategist; Apocalypse revealed to his Skrull allies during the gathering of the Twelve that he had been precisely preparing every single one of his plans and plots for centuries, using hundreds of generations of pawns and peons, both human and mutant, all to reach the specific end goal of evolving to a level of power beyond even the Celestials themselves. Apocalypse is easily one of the most powerful mutants who ever lived. Apocalypse is an Alpha-Level mutant. After exposure to the Celestial Ship, all of Apocalypse's powers have been enhanced far beyond their original limits. Superhuman Strength: Apocalypse possesses superhuman strength that he can further increase by drawing upon outside energy sources; Apocalypse has shown to be strong enough to physically restrain the Hulk while the Hulk was in an enraged state.

  • The High Evolutionary has evolved his intelligence to the upper limit of human potential, and is considered the leading geneticist in the Marvel universe, as well as the, by far, most brilliant being on Earth, specializing in biology, genetics, chemistry, medicine, physics, engineering, human psychology, and computer science and cybernetics. Superhuman intelligence Mental powers Wears a sentient superhumanly durable armor capable of regeneration. experimentation on his own genetic code, his highly evolved brain and cybernetic exoskeleton, The High Evolutionary has demonstrated god-like powers; ability to evolve and devolve life-forms; matter and energy manipulation; matter creation; energy projection; cosmic awareness, telepathy, telekinesis, extra-dimensional travel, and size alteration. • Presented as one of the most powerful known mystical entities within the Marvel Universe, Doctor Strange refers to Dormammu as his "most terrible foe";[30] a threat to "the life of the universe itself", that "at full power no one could stand against."[31]

The character is an interdimensional entity composed of mystical energy that can be used to achieve effects including: energy projection; matter transmutation; size shifting and teleportation; body possession; resurrection of the dead; bestowing of power; and creating demon lords.[32] In certain instances being displayed approaching a universal scale of influence.[33]

Dormammu is apparently stronger in the Dark Dimension, being empowered by the worship of his followers,[34] and can draw upon its power.[27] The character has been shown to have one significant weakness: being vulnerable in environments that cannot fuel his mystical Faltine flames

He is more powerful than Doctor Strange and even Mephisto.

Over subsequent ages, the "termini-microbes" evolved into larger, more complex beings, many of which finally merged into the creature known as Terminus. Apparently, Terminus's original ancestral Termini-microbes were genetically programmed to devastate all inhabited worlds spared by the Celestials, and Terminus inherited this programming. Terminus's body contained human-sized insect-like "antibodies" and metallic "leeches" that attacked anything invading Terminus's body. While based in Earth's Subterranea, Terminus genetically engineered new Termini-microbes, which rapidly evolved through various stages known as Termini; these can be destroyed by intense cold. The "second stage" Termini gestate inside Earth animals, take the form of organic metal versions of those animals, and would increase their size by consuming metal; these can be destroyed by intense heat. The "third stage" Termini were roughly humanoid in shape and ten feet in height. These Termini merged into a single "fourth stage" being that resembled Terminus, but with a tail instead of a lance. The original Terminus consumed this second being, which gestated inside the original Terminus and then absorbed the latter's body mass within itself. The resulting creature, the "Stage-5 Terminus," resembled the first Terminus but was twice as tall and massive and possessed four arms.

  • The Destroyer has had many experiences, being the instrument of Odin, the arch-enemy of Thor, and the Herald of Galactus. His most formidable power is his incredible durability. His exoskeleton is more durable than adamantium and even the magic metal uru. His physical strength is greater than Thor's and he is capable of projecting powerful energy beams. The Destroyer is lifeless on its own - although it can act independently for short periods [15] - until animated by the life-force of a sapient living being. Even when so animated, the Destroyer retains a rudimentary base personality that will eventually subvert the host unless a strong-willed individual is in control, such as Thor or Loki. [16] Odin is also able to cast a spell that can force the animating persona from the armor and deactivate it. [17] Once animated, the Destroyer possesses the strength to exceed beings such as Thor and is almost totally invulnerable. The armor also has the ability to project blasts of energy/heat/concussive force, emit a disintegration beam activated via its visor, manipulate electro-magnetism and molecules and achieve flight.the Skyfather gods (e.g., Odin; Zeus etc.) having pooled their resources a millennium before to create a weapon to stop the arrival of the so-called Fourth Host of Celestials. At the penultimate moment, Odin enters the Destroyer armor and then absorbs the life essences of all present in Asgard (with the exception of absent Thor), growing to a height of 2,000 feet (610 m). The Destroyer then draws the Odinsword, and with the Uni-Mind confronts the Fourth Host, who dissipate the Uni-Mind and melt the Destroyer armor into slag.

  • Absorption cells throughout Amazo's synthetic body permit the android to replicate the special abilities of any super-beings in his immediate proximity. With every being encountered, Amazo becomes even more powerful and virtually unstoppable. Each version of Amazo has differences, but all utilize "absorption cells" to duplicate the powers of any metahuman encountered (not unlike Marvel's Super-Adaptoid). Originally, he could only use one power at a time and has duplicated Superman's strength, The Flash's speed, Green Lantern's power ring, and Wonder Woman's magic lasso among others, but also inherited the heroes' weaknesses in early appearances. In most cases, Amazo possesses a 'default' form consisting of the powers of the first five (post-Crisis) JLA members, capable of adapting to incorporate other powers. Amazo also appears to be able to copy physical objects as well, including Green Lantern's power ring, Wonder Woman's lasso, Hawkgirl's mace, and Batman's batarangs. In Justice League of America #23, Amazo shows the ability to copy Zatanna's ability to cast magic using reverse speech.

  • Decepticon Leader/City Commander Rank 9 "My power is everything; defeat is absurd!" With vast strength but questionable sanity, Galvatron's primary weapon is his particle accelerator cannon, mounted on his right arm, which can fire blasts of assorted types, including electrochemical energy and particle beams. He transforms into a futuristic laser-cannon emplacement (similar to a Howitzer) and can, on rare occasions, assume the form of a laser pistol, shrinking as he does so to allow other beings to wield him (an ability never used in the animated series, although it was occasionally used in the UK comic series).[1]Galvatron's toy tech spec identified him as a city commander, much like the Autobot toy Ultra Magnus. The bio fails to indicate whether or not he is a recreated Megatron, instead mentioning that he is both "determined to lead the Decepticons" and that he "plots against his allies".

Alternate Modes Mechanical Tyrannosaurus, Cybertronian Tank, Megaraptor, Ford Mustang GT, Tyrannosaurus Grimlock is the most fearsome and powerful member of the Dinobots. Grimlock can be cold, merciless and contemptuous of those he considers beneath him, such as human beings, and at times, even Autobot leader Optimus Prime himself, who Grimlock would gladly supplant as Autobot leader if he were able to, giving him a superiority complex as indicated by his Generation 1 tech specs. Nevertheless, he is a valiant warrior whose actions command respect from all who are witness to them, both friend and foe. One of his most distinguishing features is his famous speech impediment, resembling cliched caveman speech, which leads him to shorten sentences and refer to himself constantly as "Me Grimlock", never "I" (i.e. "Me Grimlock no bozo! Me KING!") - the reason for this varies from depiction to depiction, with some making it the result of true mental limitations, and others vocal processor damage or a ruse Grimlock perpetrates to allow others to think of him as less intelligent than he actually is. Grimlock is among the strongest of the Transformers, possibly an equal to, or even superior of, Optimus Prime and Megatron in certain continuities. In Tyrannosaurus rex mode, his powerful jaws can snap virtually anything that comes between them - from steel cables to a Decepticon limb. He also can shoot an energy ray from his mouth. In robot mode, Grimlock wields an energo-sword, whose blade is sheathed in crackling energon and can slice a two-foot thick concrete wall in one slash. He also uses a double-barreled, self-propelled rocket launcher. He is almost invulnerable in his Tyrannosaurus Rex mode as shown with his battle with Megatron due to Megatron's primary weapon, his arm-mounted fusion cannon having little or no effect on Grimlock.

  • Nate Grey's Telekinetic powerX-Man was one of the most powerful mutants to exist and one of the most powerful beings in the Universe. One of the many impressive moments that displayed Nate's powers was when he easily defeated Exodus, a mutant with vast psionic powers who managed to defeat the combined efforts of the X-Men and the Avengers in combat. This easy defeat left Exodus humiliated especially considering he was centuries old while Nate was only around 16 years old (he confirmed himself to be physically 17[5]). He had psionic powers beyond those of any other mutant in the world, and was easily among the most powerful mutants in general. As he grew, he possessed enough power that he could destroy entire worlds if he wished[6]. His power was such that upon examination by Moira Mactaggert, she suggested his psionic powers rivaled that of a Phoenix Force-imbued Jean Grey[7] even at such a younger age. In another instance, he was measured as having a psionic energy output matching that of the Dark Phoenix itself and since that moment his powers and control have grown much. • Superhuman strength, endurance, agility and reflexes Invulnerability Master of countless fighting styles and martial arts forms. The Champion controls an energy source referred to as the Power Primordial. This energy is apparently residual energy that is left over from the Big Bang itself. The Champion has channeled this energy force into the perfection of his physical form, but cannot channel it into force-blasts, unlike several other Elders. The Champion possesses vast physical strength, that is only limited by the amount of cosmic force that his body can contain. The Thing noted that the Champion hit him harder than either the Hulk or the Silver Surfer (without wearing the Power Gem at the time).[1] His body does not tire from physical exertion, since his musculature generates no lactic acids and, as the Power Primordial sustains him, he is not limited by the need for food, drink, or sleep, and is virtually immune to aging, diseases and infections. He can exist unprotected in the vacuum of space indefinitely. He is extremely resistant against all forms of conventional injury, and in addition Death has barred the Elders from entering its realm,[7] literally making the Champion immortal. However, this does not make him immune to damage. The Champion's ribs have been broken by the Thing,[1] and he has been beaten unconscious by the She-Hulk (partially by surprise and low esteem of women, when she had trained herself to what was stated as near Hulk-level strength),[8] or the power cosmic of the Silver Surfer.[9] The Champion is a master hand to hand combatant in a wide range of thousands of different martial arts and fighting-styles taken from locations across the Universe, but tends to prefer boxing. While possessing the Infinity Gem of Power, the Champion unconsciously used it to further increase his power with his rage.

  • Alpha was a powerful mutant bioengineered by Magneto and his teammates, the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, using ancient Deviant knowledge and technology left by Maelstrom. When learning of the villain's plans, the Defenders tried to stop Magneto, but were too late, and Alpha was "born." Alpha quickly evolved into a superior life form, and, after evaluating the Brotherhood and the Defenders, came to the conclusion that the Brotherhood should be punished. After devolving Magneto and the Brotherhood into infants, Alpha left to explore deep space. There, he met another evolved being calling itself the Futurist. The Futurist became Alpha's mentor as they explored and analyzed the mysteries of space. At some point thereafter, Alpha and the Futurist were captured by the enigmatic alien, the Stranger, and were imprisoned in the Stranger's planet for the alien to study him. Presumably, Alpha and the Futurist remained on the Stranger's world. editPowers and AbilitiesPowersAlpha possesses massive psychic powers and mental abilities, the full extent and range remain unknown. He has appeared able to manipulate matter and energy, sufficient enough to either levitate, communicate telepathically, and even to survive within deep space and devolve opponents into infants. • Sinestro wields a yellow power ring that has powers comparable to that of a Green Lantern's ring (creation of yellow constructs, space flight, etc.). Built on Qward, it is powered by the emotional energy of fear, and its wielder must be an expert in inspiring and manipulating fear to use it. Sinestro's original ring could only be recharged by fighting a Green Lantern; the current generation wielded by the Sinestro Corps are recharged by yellow batteries. A Blue Lantern's ring can disrupt the power of a yellow ring.

  • Iceman is easily one of the most powerful X-Men and Mutants that have ever lived and is an Omega-level mutant. Iceman's powers are far beyond the ability to generate cold and he is potentially one of the most powerful beings to ever exist. That is proven as when his potential power was accessed he was able to defeat the likes of Oblivion the cosmic entity in a battle[47]. Thermokinesis: Iceman is a mutant with the superhuman ability to lower his external and internal body temperature, projecting intense coldness from his body.

  • Ability to mimic any form of matter or energy with physical contact Creel's overall power increases in direct proportion to the strength of the material absorbed. There appears to be no limit to what Creel can absorb, as he has absorbed the properties of bronze;[17] cocaine;[18] Odin's Cosmic Bolt and later cyclonic storm; diamond; glass; light; rock, silk and soil; spikes; steel; Thor's Uru hammer Mjolnir; water; and even the properties of Asgard itself.

  • Superhuman intellect

Body elasticity. Richards' strength comes more from the powers of his mind than the powers of his body; indeed, he once told Spider-Man that he considers his stretching powers to be expendable compared to his intellect.[37] Reed Richards is a visionary theoretician and inspired machine smith who has made breakthroughs in such varied fields as space travel, time travel, extra-dimensional travel, biochemistry, robotics, computers, synthetic polymers, communications, mutations, transportation, holography, energy generation, spectral analysis and more. Richards has earned Ph.Ds in mathematics, physics, and engineering. Reed's patents are so valuable that he is able to bankroll the Fantastic Four, Inc., without any undue financial stress. Mind control is rarely effective on him and when it does work, it wears off sooner than it would a normal person, due to what he describes as an "elastic consciousness".

  • Genius-level intellect Command of magic Powered armor Access to advanced technology. Doom's most dangerous weapon is his intellect. A true genius, he is considered to be one of the most intelligent human beings in the Marvel Universe, second only to his arch-nemesis Reed Richards. He has extensive knowledge of all sciences, and is an expert in robotics, genetic engineering, weapons technology, bio-chemistry, and other fields. Doom is depicted constructing numerous devices in order to defeat his foes or gain more power, including a time machine, a device to imbue people with superpowers, and numerous robots. Doom's calculating and strategic nature leads him to use "Doombots," exact mechanical replicas of the real Doctor Doom, for many missions, typically those where he fears defeat.[20] Doom also possesses a limited amount of magic ability. This ability is due to knowledge of the mystic arts learned during his time with Tibetan monks and from his mother. His magical talents are limited by his lack of humility and refusal to admit that he is not a master of all arts.
