And those guns? Not as powerful as Saint of Killers guns' (Didn't killed Phantom Stranger, and SoK did killed God). Who build Pandora's guns? Dwarfs? Hefestos? Oans? Controllers? Angels? ...and on and on...

@DarthShap: Darkseid was never a big multiverse guy

As I remember, in Crisis in Infinite Universe, there were only one Apokolips, One Darkseid , and he was Cloaking his planet from the Antimonitor until he was ready to retaliate.

About this issue I think is a step down to Darkseid. He is shown as a physical level character. Before he was at Highfather level and Highfather was part of the Quintessence, a group of entities that directed the course of events in Kingdom Come. So probably Highfather has been demoted also (and Zeus, Guardians of the Universe and the Wizard Shazam).

I concurr with HubrisRanger, who are these new group of entities that are above The Spectre but, I presume, below The presence?

The Universe. 40 o 50 years ago the kids didn't have a clear idea of how big the universe really is. Miss Universe only represent a few dozen countries of a single planet, you see what I mean?
But twenty first century readers knows that the Universe means billions of galaxies, with billions of stars.
I never really understand how the universe was partioned in 3600 sectors. I thought it was like a pie chart, all sector emerging from central OA and expanding to the farthest reaches of the know space.
One wandering ranger that summons the entire corps if needed, to deal with any problems they cannot resolve alone.
