You know what?  Comic-con is there for comics (and I guess other nerdy things).  If you really feel the constant need to see women and their bodies doing "sexy things", then get broadband.  I'd just like to be able to read a comic book, and learn about comic books, without feeling bad about "adult material".  If your dick is so hard and it's all you're thinking about, go online.

Superheroes getting paid defeats the purpose of superheroes.  Saving someone's life is a noble and selfless act, one that can't be expected or relied upon.  If heroes got paid or were under contract then a lot of shady business would start going on, and there would be significantly less actual "heroes" in the world.

This is one of those little sidenotes (just like Tarantula/Nightwing) that only exists through a writer wanting to live vicarioiusly.  It also provides fans with new material for drawing pornography.
 
It's so stupid.  It's part of the reason why I don't like keeping up with main continuities anymore.  There are so many writers and so many characters and so many people needlessly and unemotionally and without storyline merit sleeping with one another.  In recent years both Marvel and DC have felt really masturbatory; not in the literal sense, of course, but they exist only to please themselves, with a handful of readers who will loyally follow and praise no matter what.
 
I don't need my comic book characters sexed up.  I don't need massive boobs and thinly-veiled euphemisms to "doing it".  I have broadband, God knows I can be looking at a pretty girl doing something nasty any time I want.  I just request that superheroes do cool things and fight supervillains.  If romance and realism can be involved then that can be wonderful and improve the overall product, but beloved and timeless characters do not have to be in bed with everyone else in the universe.  The entirety of Earth-616 feels like a 14-year-old's vicarioiusly-living fantasy.
